Story
FRONT MISSION 3: Remake is a tactical role-playing game set in a future where nations and corporations fight for control over a world transformed by massive robots known as Wanzers. The game follows the story of Kazuki Takemura, who makes a crucial early decision that sets two distinct narratives in motion. These stories delve into a global conspiracy surrounding hidden weapons, corporate ambitions, and nationalistic agendas.
The game opens as Kazuki and his close friend Ryogo find themselves unexpectedly caught in a military crisis following a regular supply trip to a military facility. Based on the player’s decision, Kazuki can either team up with his sister Alisa or partner with Emma Klamsky, an agent probing into a clandestine weapon development project named M.I.D.A.S.
Through both paths, ideas about loyalty, family bonds, and moral dilemmas in technology are delved into as Kazuki and his companions strive to reveal the truth and avert disastrous outcomes.
