Frostpunk 2 Crosses 350,000 Units Sold

As a dedicated fan who has weathered countless frozen storms and political upheavals in the original Frostpunk, I can confidently say that the release of Frostpunk 2 feels like standing on the summit of a frigid mountain, overlooking a vast expanse of snow and ice – yet knowing that there’s a warm city waiting below. The numbers speak for themselves; with over 350,000 copies sold in just a week, it’s clear that 11 bit studios have struck gold again.

11 Bit Studios’ “Frostpunk 2” debuted last week, initially through Early Access before becoming widely available on September 20th. The game has received high praise from critics, and it’s also been a commercial success. In fact, the developer has announced that over 350,000 copies have already been sold. Additionally, the estimated revenue from the game is sufficient to cover both its marketing and production expenses.

As an eager fan, I’m thrilled to know that the launch is just the beginning of the developer’s journey to enhance my gaming experience with regular hotfixes and patches. Additionally, they have a Season Pass lined up, offering three exciting post-launch DLC packs that will be released at some point, although they haven’t specified the release dates yet.

Additionally, you’ll find the Xbox Series X/S and PS5 variations, neither of which have been updated nor provided with a release timeline yet. Keep an eye out for future updates until then.

In present times, you can play “Frostpunk 2” on your PC, set 30 years after the first game. New London has undergone significant changes, but upon The Captain’s demise, it falls upon The Steward to restore order. Take a look at our review – we rated it an impressive 9 out of 10.

We are super happy to announce that we’ve already exceeded 350 000 copies of #Frostpunk 2 sold!

Additionally, it’s worth noting that the projected income from our game sales has surpassed the expenses we incurred during both production and promotion.

Big, big thank you to you all for your support! It (almost)…
