In the final episode of Season 12 titled “Otherwise,” the Planet Express crew experiences a heart-wrenching moment when they have to lay their spaceship to rest at the bottom of an ever-changing cosmic sea. It’s among various images flashing by, so it’s not definitive that they’ll have a kid in the show’s future.
