Gardeners’ World Returns!

In the upcoming weeks, Gardner’s World will be airing fresh episodes again, with Monty Don taking charge of BBC Two’s series once more.

The new series will begin on Friday 14th March at 8pm on BBC Two and iPlayer.

Since 2003, horticulturist and broadcaster Monty Don has consistently appeared on BBC Two’s program, taking a brief hiatus between 2008 and 2011.

For more than two decades, Don has been the main speaker, causing some concern about his potential departure. However, during a conversation with TopMob magazine last year, he clarified that this is not going to happen.

Regarding his future intentions, Don shared: “I typically don’t create plans more than two years ahead, yet I have consented to commit myself for another two years, starting from January 2025.

Every time I ponder, “Will I truly go through with this?” However, the reality is that I actually find pleasure in it. I consider myself fortunate since it takes place within my very own backyard. As long as the program is well-executed, I’ll carry on.

The BBC has not yet revealed the specific activities planned for Monty and his crew in this season, but it’s guaranteed to brim with the delightful gardening elements that viewers are accustomed to enjoying.

If you’re eager for additional gardening material as we approach the series, you’ll find a wealth of Gardeners’ World content ready for you on BBC iPlayer. Dive in and enjoy!

Among the assortment of compilation specials, you’ll find a total of 2024 episodes along with winter specials. These episodes are brimming with innovative concepts, useful suggestions, and expert advice for your garden, as well as timely prompts on maximizing its potential.
