Steve Burton found his happily ever after.
As a lifestyle aficionado, I’m delighted to share that I recently tied the knot with the wonderful Michelle Lundstrom in a heartfelt ceremony held in Laguna Beach on May 17th. This joyous occasion marks a new chapter in my life, three years after parting ways with my partner of 23 years, Sheree Gustin. We’ve been blessed with three extraordinary children: Makena, who is now 21, Jack at 19, and Brooklyn, our precious 10-year-old. This new union brings together two families, creating a beautiful tapestry of love and companionship.
Steve expressed during an interview, set to be released on an unspecified date, that this event is not solely about a ritual. Instead, he views it as the commencement of an eternal journey with the one he cherishes dearly – his lifelong partner.
In early 2024, the actor and Michelle, who initially connected through social media and began dating, exchanged vows in a private ceremony attended by close family members. Later, they marked their union with a celebration involving 45 guests at the Montage Laguna Beach.
The former star of “Days of Our Lives” described the occasion as an “enchanting gathering overflowing with affection,” emphasizing that sharing it with individuals who have consistently stood by them made it “harder to put into words than feelings can convey.
The 54-year-old expressed delight, saying, ‘I will live out the remainder of my days alongside my cherished companion, deepening our bond through shared faith and affection every day.’
To be quite honest, I’ve never experienced such profound feelings of being cherished and looked after as I do now. I’m deeply thankful to have her with me. She is simply extraordinary, stunningly beautiful, and unbelievably selfless – a woman like no other. My affection for her knows no bounds.
As a lifestyle expert, I can tell you that Michelle, a renowned chef and content creator who graced the screens on season two of Netflix’s ‘Barbeque Showdown’, radiated warmth and enthusiasm, expressing her heartfelt sentiments about feeling “completely secure and cherished.
The couple, whose five children joined them in the wedding party with actors Jonathan Jackson and Lisa Vultaggio from General Hospital, tied the knot only four months after Steve proposed. As Michelle put it, they eagerly wanted to skip the waiting period and officially become a married couple.
