Konami, in partnership with Bloober Team and Laced Records, have unveiled plans to bring the Silent Hill 2 soundtrack to fans as a six-vinyl set. This collection includes a total of 93 tracks, along with it comes a 32-page artbook and insights from composer Akira Yamaoka himself.

Currently, you can place pre-orders for the Laced Records website. The complete vinyl collection is available for £125 / $155. This bundle will be shipped in October 2025. If you prefer a more budget-friendly option, there’s also a 27-track vinyl priced at £36 / $42, which ships concurrently.

In a statement issued recently, Akira Yamaoka shared that he invested an immense amount of emotional energy and intellectual thought into composing the Silent Hill series during his tenure. Reconnecting with the project stirred up unique feelings in him that he had never experienced before, reminiscent of grasping divine essence. Crafting the music for this project was a significant personal undertaking, but he expresses profound appreciation towards the global fans who have cherished this series for decades.
