After several weeks following the arrest of his wife, Victoria Goodwin, on charges of attempting to hire a hitman against him, Aaron finally spoke publicly for the first time, addressing his supporters regarding the incident.

He expressed gratitude on Instagram on March 22, acknowledging everyone for their kindness and encouragement during a difficult emotional period. He shared that their help means a great deal to him.

In this instance, the post – which was Aaron’s initial one since February 20 – showcased a cheerful emoticon against a dark backdrop.

For the initial occasion, a 48-year-old individual shared direct messages with followers since the arrest of Victoria on March 6, concerning felony allegations related to solicitation for murder and conspiracy to commit murder (as indicated in the records acquired by TopMob News on March 12).

Since then, additional details have emerged regarding Victoria’s suspected activities and her interactions with Florida inmate Grant Amato – the convicted killer who orchestrated a heist of $200,000 from his family before murdering his mother, father, and brother in January 2019. This is the same Grant Amato that Victoria is accused of hiring after watching him on the Paramount+ docuseries titled CTRL+ALT+DESIRE. The series delved into Grant’s plan to steal from his family before committing the murders.

According to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, which was acquired by TopMob News, it is said that Victoria (age 32) and Grant (age 35) are believed to have exchanged love-oriented text messages.

According to the statement made by the police, a series of messages exchanged between two individuals reportedly ended in October 2024. In these messages, as mentioned in the filing, they discussed their deep affection for each other by saying they were “deeply in love.” Additionally, Victoria informed the imprisoned individual that her husband, referred to as ‘FH,’ was unwilling to agree to a divorce.

In the reported case, Victoria, who claims innocence, allegedly sent a message to Grant that reads, “Am I a bad person for ending his life, not just divorcing him?” as stated in the documents.

According to authorities, Victoria is believed to have shared details about Aaron’s “Ghost Adventures” filming schedule with Grant – specifically the locations and times. Additionally, they claim she had set aside approximately $11,515 as payment for a supposed assassin. Furthermore, there were messages suggesting an initial payment of $2,500 was agreed upon.

According to the police, Victoria messaged the supposed hitman, “He’s currently sleeping in his hotel room.” She then asked, “Could you please provide an update? Did the task get completed?

As stated in the police report, Victoria asserted that she didn’t wish for her husband to be harmed when questioned by detectives. Furthermore, she claimed to have no recollection of sending the relevant messages.

In October 2024, authorities claim they became aware of the supposed plot following the confiscation of Grant’s phone.

In response, Aaron initiated a divorce proceedings with Victoria, who was his wife as of 2022, on March 12, exactly a week following her detention.

According to documents obtained by People, Aaron states that the reason for their divorce is that their preferences, interests, and compatibility as a couple have significantly deteriorated, making it unfeasible for them to maintain a harmonious marriage.

The complaint adds, “There is no possibility of reconciliation between husband and wife.”
