At the recent State of Play event, it was confirmed that the Ghost of Yotei made an appearance; however, we were only given a glimpse of the anticipated PS5 exclusive.
Indeed, it appears to be a typical case of bait and switch, as the trailer hinted at a future State of Play event that promises an in-depth look at the upcoming Ghost of Yotei game. This event is scheduled for sometime next month.
It was anticipated that this would happen, given the pattern. Typically, Sony unveils its significant releases with a separate event before they go live, and Ghost of Yotei remains on schedule for its release on October 2nd.
This upcoming broadcast promises excitement as it’s set to unveil the gameplay for the first time. What we know so far is that the main character, Atsu, will have the ability to use various weapons, and Sucker Punch Studios has suggested a focus on more complex combat and stealth strategies.
