Gino D'Acampo Denies Multiple Accusations of Inappropriate Behaviour

Gino D’Acampo has responded to allegations of behaving in an unacceptable and overbearing manner, covering a timeframe of 12 years.

During a probe conducted by ITV News, several females who collaborated with the television chef disclosed their encounters with D’Acampo. One individual confided to journalist Sejal Karia that in 2011, D’Acampo made an extremely suggestive remark towards her.

In a statement given to ITV News, Hannah (the woman mentioned in the report) expressed that the comment left her feeling extremely insignificant. She further explained that at that moment, Gino seemed to possess an overwhelming sense of entitlement and felt completely secure, as if he believed it was perfectly acceptable to make such a remark towards her.

Regarding the accusations, D’Acampo’s lawyers informed ITV News that this claim, dating back nearly 15 years, had not previously been brought up or presented to Mr. D’Acampo by anyone until now, when a media inquiry prompted a response.

Mr. D’Acampo doesn’t remember it, and flatly refuses to accept that the event took place as described. He is deeply shocked and firmly denies accusations of manipulative behavior and aggressive actions, asserting his innocence in a clear and unwavering manner.

In a different account, another unidentified woman claimed that during filming for Gino’s Italian Express, the television culinary expert unexpectedly appeared at the door wearing only boxer shorts, then leaped onto the bed in a somewhat playful manner with one leg raised.

The woman expressed that she found the encounter distasteful. Furthermore, she commented, “I believe he considers himself in a place of authority, allowing him to speak and act as he pleases. To me, his behavior appears quite assertive, if not downright aggressive.

D’Acampo denied this allegation.

In another statement, a woman asserted that D’Acampo made suggestive comments during filming for the show Gordon, Gino, and Fred’s Road Trip.

She stated to ITV News that it’s inappropriate for any crew or production member to always have to tiptoe around and monitor the conduct of a mature individual.

ITV News claims to have obtained proof suggesting that there were worries expressed to Objective Media Group regarding multiple inappropriate, sexually suggestive remarks directed towards team members.
