Grammys 2025: Bianca Censori's Daring Dress - No Legal Action Taken

Bianca Censori’s bold Grammys look won’t cause her any legal trouble.

Having been utterly captivated by the electrifying moment at the 2025 Grammys when the enigmatic artist made a stunning appearance alongside my idol, Kanye West, I couldn’t help but notice the dramatic unveiling of her extravagant coat on the red carpet. This revelation, which showcased an almost bare physique beneath, left quite an impact. Subsequently, the Los Angeles Police Department has expressed their views on whether this transparent ensemble could potentially lead to legal complications for her.

In a statement made on February 4th, the LAPD communicated that the Grammys are a private affair, and as of yet, they have not received any reports or complaints concerning Bianca’s attire from the award show itself.

Although many social media users assumed Censori’s display might have breached a law, it seems highly improbable that she contravened California’s indecent exposure statute. This is because the law specifies that an individual intentionally reveals themselves in any public area or private space where others could be disturbed or offended only if they are acting in a lewd manner.

According to officials, there were no reported grievances concerning the 30-year-old’s appearance at the Grammys red carpet.

At this year’s Grammy red carpet event, Censori made his first appearance at any part of the ceremony since 2015. Back then, he attended with his former wife, Kim Kardashian. The 47-year-old, who shares children North (age 11), Saint (age 9), Chicago (age 6), and Psalm (age 5) with Kim Kardashian, was nominated for Best Rap Song alongside Ty Dolla $ign for “Carnival”. However, it was Kendrick Lamar who took home the award for “Not Like Us” in the 67th ceremony.

Immediately following their walk on the red carpet, West (dressed in a minimalist all-black outfit) offered some explanation about the attention-grabbing appearance of Censori.

He posted on Instagram (and later deleted), ‘I made a Grammy award-winning gown especially for the most stunning lady I know. She’s not just my best friend, she’s my wife.’

Several days following the incident, he underscored the audibility of Censori’s attire in another now-removed post, stating, “My wife is the most searched-for person on Earth named Censori.
