However, although there had been a previously established timeframe for the game’s release in 2025, there hadn’t been a definitive launch date announced yet. This was a point that Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick mentioned earlier as a strategy to generate excitement.

It seems that the reason for the delay might be due to the fact that the game wasn’t quite prepared for launch this year.
