As a long-time fan of the Guilty Gear series, I’m thrilled to pieces about the latest announcement from Arc System Works – Season Pass 4 for Guilty Gear Strive! The return of two fan-favorite characters, Dizzy as Queen Dizzy and Venom, has my heart racing. I remember playing as Dizzy back in Guilty Gear Xrd, her shapeshifting wings, Necro and Undine, always giving me an edge in battles. And Venom with his pool cue, the ultimate master of trick shots – these are characters close to my gaming heart.
As a longtime fan of fighting games, I’m thrilled to pieces to hear that Arc System Works has unveiled Season Pass 4 for Guilty Gear Strive! The excitement is real, my friends. Two beloved characters from the series are making their comeback: Dizzy, now crowned as Queen Dizzy, gracing our screens in October 2024, and Venom, expected to roll into the game early in 2025. I can barely contain my enthusiasm!
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve had the pleasure of controlling Dizzy and Venom in Guilty Gear Xrd back in 2014. Their appearances didn’t stop there, as they made a cameo at the end of Guilty Gear Strive. These iconic characters have kept their distinctive abilities – Dizzy with her transformative wings, Necro and Undine, and Venom with his trusty pool cue. But get ready for something new! In Season Pass 4, joining the roster is Unika, another exciting addition to the game, debuting in 2025.
In the upcoming versions of this game, there’s a new feature called Team of 3, which is a variant of the earlier announced 3vs3 mode. Although no specific launch date has been given yet, the trailer provides a sneak peek into its gameplay. During matches, players select one primary character with the other two acting as backup, ready to be tagged in when needed. Each character offers distinct assist abilities and potential enhancements, but further information is still forthcoming.
As a longtime fan of fighting games, I’m thrilled to share my excitement about Guilty Gear Strive. This game has captured my attention since its release, and I’ve been hooked ever since. With its availability on Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, it’s never been easier for players like me to jump in and join the action.
