Guy Ritchie’s MobLand gets explosive first trailer with menacing Pierce Brosnan and Tom Hardy

In a fresh exploration, director Guy Ritchie once again ventures into the seedy depths of the British criminal scene with his highly anticipated television series titled MobLand. This production promises to captivate admirers reminiscent of his previous work, The Gentlemen.

In the latest series, Tom Hardy takes the lead role, portraying a devoted troubleshooter who works within a criminal organization headed by the powerful couple, Conrad and Maeve, skillfully acted by Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren respectively.

In the upcoming series, we witness powerful maneuverings for control among various factions within an international criminal organization. James Brosnan’s character, Conrad, certainly doesn’t shy away from issuing menacing warnings during this 90-second preview.

Yet, he notes that his spouse, Maeve, is the mastermind behind their charm and the most formidable, being the only one capable of reaching Conrad and maintaining his composure as the risks escalate significantly.

The series premieres on Paramount Plus on Sunday 30th March 2025.

Enhancing the stellar lineup are the talented ensemble from MobLand, featuring Paddy Considine (House of the Dragon), Joanne Froggatt (Downton Abbey), Anson Boon (Pistol), Mandeep Dhillon (CSI: Vegas) and Jasmine Jobson (Top Boy).

In addition to the cast, Geoff Bell (from Top Boy), Daniel Betts (known for Fate: The Winx Saga), Lisa Dwan (Blackshore), Lara Pulver (Da Vinci’s Demons) and Emily Barber (Industry) will also be part of the upcoming series.
