As a fan of both music and celebrity gossip, I must say that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton‘s love story is one for the ages! Their chemistry is undeniable, and it’s clear that they are deeply in love.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton recently welcomed a charming new member into their household, and there’s an adorable backstory about how they became connected.
On September 26, Gwen shared on Instagram that she and Blake had welcomed a homeless kitten into their home, whom they affectionately named Corn Shelton. When they initially found him at their Oklahoma residence, he was not in the best of health.
On the day this emaciated, ailing feline graced our doorstep, I couldn’t help but feel my heart sink. Yet, showering him with endless affection and care, he miraculously transformed into a thriving, vibrant kitten.
Gwen displayed Corn’s remarkable change in a touching video, accompanied by Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather.” In this recording, the lead vocalist of No Doubt tenderly holds the weak kitten wrapped in a towel, followed by images of him appearing significantly improved.
In a different video, you might hear Blake say, “Check out this one, Corn is really impressing me and putting on some weight.
Gwen ended her post by declaring, “We’re so grateful that he’s a part of our family.”
Corn is now part of a group that includes Gwen and Blake, along with her children Kingston (18 years old), Zuma (15), and Apollo (10), whom she has with her former partner, Gavin Rossdale. They all share a dog, another cat, and various farm animals on their property in Oklahoma.
In my recent reflections, I’ve been sharing insights into my journey as a stepfather to Gwen’s wonderful kids following our marriage in 2021, as a lifestyle guide might say.
In an interview with People magazine in 2022, he shared that his experiences had shown him a side of himself he was unaware of before: he is not just a country singer or a jokester. Instead, he discovered that people rely on him, which is a role and responsibility he hadn’t anticipated and never thought about assuming.
He said, “It’s a unique form of self-esteem. Perhaps it’s the reverse, as you deliberately place yourself lower on the ladder, allowing others to ascend above you.
Gavin has been candid regarding the possibilities of co-parenting, stating that it can take either a positive or negative turn.
In 2023, he clarified, “We could choose to collaborate in every aspect of parenthood, truly becoming co-parents, or we could each handle our own responsibilities independently as individual parents.” However, he added, “I believe we’ve opted for the latter.
He continued, “We’re distinct individuals, you and I. Our parenting styles seem quite disparate, yet this difference might provide them an extraordinary viewpoint. It allows them to select from our two lives what they wish to carry forward and which aspects of their personality emerge from this journey.

Gwen was expressing her opinion that he seems attractive, right? Yet, she also admitted that it’s quite odd how we experienced similar events at the same time. Now, being here in Oklahoma, I’m getting a taste of ranch life, something entirely new to me. It’s been an extraordinary and wonderful experience that I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
Gwen mentioned to Ellen that she adores weddings, and it seems the children, as well as everyone else, feel the same way about him. He’s quite lovable, a fact she often ponders over.
Gwen described her style in July 2018 as more feminine than it has been in the past. She attributes this change to being deeply in love with a very masculine man, which allows her to express a side of herself that she never considered sexy during her time with No Doubt or even in her 30s when she identified as a tomboy. She rarely carried a handbag back then.
Gwen expressed her feelings by saying, “Blake doesn’t seem keen on participating in a photo shoot. He’s always resisted the idea. So he confided in me that they want him for it and I replied something like, ‘Go for it! You look amazing!’
He’s remarkably skilled in the show, almost as if he possesses a magical touch. In essence, Blake is like a captivating unicorn; wherever he goes, people are drawn to him, and his talent is truly extraordinary.
