Following the release of the second significant update for Hades 2, Supergiant Games has announced that their third content update is scheduled for some time in the coming months. Yet, they emphasize that it’s premature to talk about what lies beyond, such as when Version 1.0 will be unveiled.
The team plans to roll out additional updates to handle user feedback and resolve problems caused by The Warsong Update, while also sharing some of their future strategies. Among these are:
1. Secret Aspects for the Nocturnal Arms, which will become accessible “the next time” you log in.
2. Strengthened regional bosses to make them more challenging and unpredictable.
3. Progressing the main storyline by developing various character connections and subplots further.
Instead of solely concentrating on allowing players to fully conquer runs in the Underworld and Surface, Supergiant’s main focus is expanding the variety of content within the game, completing more and more of what was initially planned… until everything is finished!
The sequel to “Hades,” titled “Hades 2,” is currently available in its early access phase on both Steam and the Epic Games Store for PC users. Supergiant Games has yet to announce whether it will be released on other platforms similar to the original game, but this could change once details for Version 1.0 are finalized. Keep an eye out for further updates, and in the meantime, explore our review of the early access launch version.
