From her iconic roles as Storm and Catwoman to her action-packed performances in the X-Men and John Wick franchises, she’s left an indelible mark on our collective cinematic consciousness.

During an interview with ComicBook for her latest film ‘Never Let Go’, we probed Berry about which past characters she’d like to play once more. Her response could catch you off guard.
Berry referred to her role in the movie ‘Never Let Go‘ when she said, ‘This character of mine… I dwell in the current moment. Some events from the past may be behind us, unsure if we can revisit them. So I’m mostly present. I hope this film performs well enough for us to return to these characters somehow.’ Further, Berry expressed her desire to reprise her role in future installments of ‘Never Let Go‘, sharing that they have plans for prequels and sequels to the upcoming movie.
While it hasn’t been determined yet where Halle Berry could reappear as Catwoman, fans of Marvel have eagerly anticipated her portrayal of Storm in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Previously, there was speculation about Berry reprising her role as Storm in the film “Deadpool & Wolverine”, given her past performances in the X-Men franchise. However, Berry has clarified that she wasn’t asked to appear in the movie.
As a devoted Marvel fan, it’s hard not to get excited about the possibility that Halle Berry might reprise her role in “Avengers: Secret Wars.” While Marvel hasn’t confirmed if this film will be packed with appearances from our favorite actors of yesteryears, it’s something many of us are eagerly anticipating. Interestingly, several of Berry’s former X-Men colleagues have already made their mark in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Hugh Jackman, for instance, graced our screens as Wolverine in “Deadpool,” and Kelsey Grammer stepped into the role of Beast in “The Marvels.” Could Berry be next? Only time will tell!
Previously, Berry hinted at the possibility when talking to us about promoting the movie Moonfall in 2022. She mentioned that she’d be open to revisiting any of her past characters.
Among possible roles for Berry to reprise, it’s plausible she might return as Sofia, her character from “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” (2019). While no official confirmation has been made about her returning, given that the series is still producing new films and John Wick’s death in the series could potentially bring back familiar characters who survived, it’s an educated guess. Keep an eye out for “John Wick: Chapter 5,” as it seems to be in development.
