Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, also known as the singer, was beside her mother, Nicole Frangipane, during her recovery after undergoing a second operation due to a breast cancer diagnosis this past summer.
On Instagram, posted on November 17th, the artist known as “Lucky” expressed that life seems to be moving steadily along. However, his mother is currently recuperating following her second operation, which was necessary due to her breast cancer diagnosis this past summer.
“I adore her immensely, yet she’s not getting enough comfort and joy from life right now. To help change that, I invite her to enjoy crafts, reading, and snacks at my place throughout the autumn season. That’s how we can make it through together.
Amidst pictures of books, knickknacks, she also posted a picture – a heartwarming one at that. It showed her, 30, and her mother, 51, both in bed, connected to IVs. In this snapshot, Nicole is seen with bandages around her body, while they both extend their arms and flash warm smiles for the camera.
The singer known for her hit song “Without Me”, who is currently engaged to actor Avan Jogia, was showered with affection and well-wishing comments on her Instagram post. Many fans expressed their love and positive energy towards her, encouraging Nicole as she recovers from her recent treatment.
“HAPPY HEALING MAMA ASH,” one social media user wrote. “We love you and know you will heal beautifully, especially with your baby by your side.”
Halsey shares an update about her mother’s fight against cancer, following a challenging period marked by her personal health issues as well.
In September, the artist famously known as “The Closer” singer disclosed during an interactive session with fans on X (previously Twitter), that she had been admitted to a hospital due to a seizure incident.
“Very scary,” she wrote at the time. “Don’t recommend it!”
Approximately three months ago, in June, Halsey shared on social media that she was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, news that came to light in 2022.
She posted on Instagram that “Both of them are under control or in a state of control (remission), and unfortunately, it’s likely that I will need to deal with these conditions throughout my entire life.
Initially facing some difficulties, I managed to regain stability with the assistance of fantastic medical professionals. Now, two years later, I feel much improved and more thankful than ever for music as a source of comfort. I eagerly look forward to returning to where I truly belong: Surrounded by all of you, sharing our passion through singing and cheers.
