Hannah Montana’s Mitchel Musso Denies Miley Cyrus’ Weed Allegation

Mitchel Musso is taking a wrecking ball to Miley Cyrus‘ allegations.

Following allegations made by the singer of “We Can’t Stop,” Mitchell issued a denial concerning her accusation that he used marijuana during filming for Hannah Montana.

He told TopMob News on June 19th, “That’s not how I recall it,” but he also mentioned, “I have many interesting tales from those years that could be worth discussing. If we’re looking to revisit the history of Hannah Montana, feel free to bring it up.

The actor, who portrayed Oliver on the series between 2006 and 2011, finished off by addressing a note to his previous co-star.

“All love to Miley and the fam,” he said, “even when the rewrites get this creative.”

In the June 19th broadcast of “Sorry We’re Cyrus“, Miley made allegations that both Mitchel and her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, were using marijuana on set.

Indeed, when Tish Cyrus, Miley’s mom, enquired about a significant memory from her days as the famous pop star, Miley recalled, “My dad smoking marijuana and everyone pointing fingers at me.

“It’s hilarious,” the 32-year-old added. “He wasn’t sharing.”

Initially, even Tish found it hard to accept that it was Billy Ray they were referring to. “People were telling me, ‘B. Ray was using marijuana’,” she reminisced. To which she responded, “I couldn’t believe it, he wouldn’t ever do something like that.

And when Tish joked that she blamed Mitchel, Miley alleged, “It was Mitchell Musso. It was both.”

Billy Ray’s rep had no comment on the claim when contacted by TopMob News.

However, putting the supposed incident behind us, Miley reminisces warmly about her days on Hannah Montana. Lately, she has expressed heartfelt admiration for her fans, particularly those from the LGBTQ+ community, calling them “extraordinary” or “fantastic.

She clarified on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in May that there are characters who identify as LGBTQ+ on Nickelodeon and Disney, describing them as follows: Nickelodeon’s representation tends to be more relatable and humor-driven, focusing on things like boogers and boyish jokes. In contrast, she suggested that Disney might lean towards a more flamboyant and glamorous portrayal, particularly when it comes to characters such as a teenage pop star in a wig who could potentially be the most famous drag queen for young viewers.

Miley Cyrus, the central figure of the production, has become one of the globally recognized celebrities. Known for her music and acting, she’s experienced a more adventurous period in her life – such as cutting her hair short, performing an unforgettable twerk on Robin Thicke at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, and appearing either nude or minimally dressed in her “Wrecking Ball” music video. After all, she’s just being Miley! Following her breakup with Liam Hemsworth, her co-star in The Last Song, she had brief relationships with Kaitlynn Carter and Cody Simpson. Now, she’s in a relationship with musician Maxx Morando.

Following the conclusion of “Hannah Montana” in 2011, the actress diversified her roles by voicing characters on shows like “Family Guy” and “Rainbow Brite”, and making appearances on “Mom”, “Young & Hungry”, “Cleaners”, and “The Kominsky Method”. Unfortunately, her most recent series, Fox’s “Almost Family”, lasted only one season. In addition to acting, she also pursues a career in music.

Following the conclusion of “Hannah Montana,” the actor continued his career by appearing in shows like Disney XD’s “Kickin’ It,” “WTH: Welcome to Howler,” and “Hotel Du Loone.” In 2017, he tied the knot with Katie Drysen.

Previously, the actor graced both the television series “Pair of Kings” and “PrankStars”, following the conclusion of “Hannah Montana”. In 2011, at the age of 20, he was apprehended for a DUI incident. Consequently, his character on the former show was dropped, and the latter was terminated. More recently, he has persisted in acting, taking on roles within animated productions such as “Phineas and Ferb” and “Milo Murphy’s Law”.

Over the past few years, this actor has made appearances on television shows like “The Middle” and “Jean-Claude Van Johnson”, as well as movies such as “Ben-Hur” and “Pitch Perfect 3”. In 2020, he graced the screen in the film “The King of Staten Island,” which was directed by Judd Apatow and starred Pete Davidson.

Towards the end of 2011, she performed in a Broadway reprise of “Godspell”. She’s not only an actress but also a singer; in 2012, she supported the Jonas Brothers during their Asia tour. Lately, you might have seen her on episodes of shows like “Baby Daddy” and “Charmed”. In November 2018, she got engaged to her boyfriend Scott Kline. They officially married the following June, with actress Uzo Aduba standing as the maid of honor.

Following the conclusion of “Hannah Montana,” the actress continued her career by featuring in series like “Melissa & Joey” and “The Young and the Restless,” as well as several television films, including “Life-Size 2.”

In the seventh season of “Dancing With The Stars,” the star placed fourth. His first album was released in the year 2012. Additionally, he carried on with his acting roles; he featured in two episodes of “Melissa & Joey” and appeared in the television movies titled “Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens” and “Sharknado 5: Global Swarming.”

Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley’s real-life and onscreen dad, remains focused on his music career. In the year 2019, he achieved his first No. 1 single by collaborating with Lil Nas X on the remix of the chart-topping phenomenon “Old Town Road.” Prior to this, he acted in the TV series “Still the King” between the years 2016 and 2017.

As a devoted fan, I’d like to share that Miley Cyrus’ younger sibling graced six episodes of “Hannah Montana.” Stepping into the music scene in 2016, she unveiled her debut single titled “Make Me (Cry).” Fast forward to 2018, she found herself dating Lil Xan and together they produced a collaboration track called “Live or Die.” However, their relationship didn’t last long, as they parted ways after just a few months.

She got engaged to designer Pinkus in 2023.
