As a longtime fan of Heidi Klum‘s Halloween costumes, I must say that this year’s collection truly outdid itself! From the fierce feline to the biblical Eve and even Lady Godiva, each costume showcases Klum’s creativity and dedication to her craft.
The Queen of Halloween has returned with another out-of-this-world look.
On October 31st, at her yearly Halloween bash, Heidi Klum showcased her eagerly awaited costume and looked fabulously eerie. The judge of America’s Got Talent, alongside her husband Tom Kaulitz, transformed into E.T. in synchronous outfits, complete with expertly applied prosthetics – a signature move by Heidi – making them virtually unrecognizable.
As Tom embraced a character reminiscent of classic E.T., complete with wrinkled attire, Heidi chose to don a bowl hat and black plush scarf, mimicking the alien’s style from the 1982 film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, for a bit of role play.
Her face appeared from the wrinkles on the creature’s neck, contrasting with E.T.’s face protruding from the top of hers.
The woman who is 51 years old hinted at her Halloween costume earlier this month by posting pictures that seemed to show fake moldings and herself making a claw shape with her hands. In an Instagram post on October 7th, she wrote, “There’s a clue here but I can’t quite figure it out yet…” She tagged Prosthetic Renaissance, the team responsible for Colin Farrell’s transformation in The Penguin movie.
It’s entirely expected that the supermodel gave her best performance, considering she’s been known for her extravagant, custom-designed Halloween costumes for over two decades, even before she started hosting her own party in 2011.
Heidi often incorporated prosthetics into her famous costumes, including Jessica Rabbit (from Who Framed Roger Rabbit?) in 2016, the werewolf in Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” video in 2017, and Fiona from Shrek in 2018.
Her partners have also joined in on the fun.
Prior to their divorce in 2014, Heidi and her former husband Seal often donned matching costumes at Heidi’s Halloween gatherings. Last year, Heidi was a peacock and had acrobats playing the role of her feathers, while her spouse from 2019 came as a giant egg. In 2022, he transformed into a fisherman for Heidi’s portrayal of a giant worm.
She mentioned that her costume preparations for September require a significant amount of effort because she aimed to create something truly spectacular, which is not a task that can be quickly assembled.
The former contestant on “Project Runway” commented, “It requires a considerable amount of time and careful planning. Moreover, when it comes to the unveiling, I aim for something extraordinary because I understand that my dedicated Halloween enthusiasts, who enjoy both watching and creating unique costumes, will be eagerly anticipating this moment.
Previous Halloween costumes that Heidi has displayed feature a raven, a robotic figure in red and purple, a depiction of an older version of herself, as well as duplicates of herself.

The star’s costume was truly out of this world when she turned herself into a gory alien.
The supermodel transformed into everyone’s favorite green princess, Fiona, from Shrek. An idea she’d been dreaming about for awhile, “I just never found a crazy enough person that wants to do Shrek with me,” she told People. Enter: husband Tom Kaulitz.
The judge on America’s Got Talent had an exhilarating experience donning a werewolf costume reminiscent of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” music video. As she put it, her intention was to perform the iconic “Thriller” dance.
Rather than assuming a different persona for Halloween, the style authority chose to create five copies of herself using prosthetics and stunning wigs.
Heidi who? The former Project Runway host answered only to Jessica Rabbit.

The model stands quite tall, yet not extraordinarily so. To give this robotic behemoth a more intimidating appearance, Heidi donned stilts.
An interesting tidbit about crows: a collection of them is referred to as a ‘murder’. This could be why the individual selected this bird for her eerie Halloween costume. When she found out that the backdrop was black, she mentioned to People magazine, “Now I have to work on the background as well.” Since then, she takes care of the step-and-repeat, the carpet, and everything else.

Heidi’s ferocious feline doesn’t hold a creepy candle to the CGI in Cats.
She’s the focal point of our attention, dressed up in a costume that draws inspiration from the biblical story of Eve and the forbidden fruit.
Eat your heart out—literally!
Not all witches wear black, you know? In fact, this witch had a lacy costume that included a fake skeleton she got at a medical supply store.
Gladiator goddess or sci-fi dream? Either way, this vivacious look goes down as one of her best.
The former Victoria’s Secret model was red hot, as she channeled the iconic Betty Boop.
In her second year hosting, the star went full Lady Godiva—horse and all!
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: For my debut party, I opted for a simple yet charming look reminiscent of Heidi from Johanna Spyri’s beloved novels. Instead of the traditional dirndl, I selected an unconventional take on it. Back then, I was still self-reliant enough to style my own hair and makeup.
