As a gamer who’s been on this adventurous journey for quite some time now, I’ve seen my fair share of treasure hunts and epic escapades. The announcement of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has sent a thrill coursing through my veins, reminiscent of the first time I laid eyes on the Ark of the Covenant.
At the Gamescom Opening Night Live showcase, confirmation about the release date for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was announced. Alongside this, developers MachineGames and Lucasfilm Games made available several editions of the game for pre-order. There are four choices: a Standard version, a Premium Edition (and an upgrade option), and a Collector’s Edition featuring Indiana Jones and the Great Circle collectibles. Pre-ordering any edition will reward players with exclusive bonus content, such as iconic items from The Last Crusade.
The editions for the upcoming game include:
Standard Edition
By pre-purchasing the game or subscribing to Game Pass, gamers can acquire The Last Crusade(TM) Pack which includes the Traveling Suit Outfit and Lion Tamer Whip, reminiscent of the film “The Last Crusade”.
Premium Edition
Includes the afforementioned pre-order bonus, as well as:

- Up to 3-Day Early Access

Recently, ComicBook was fortunate enough to attend an advance, non-playable demonstration of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Impressed by what we witnessed, we exclaimed, “Based on what we’ve seen so far, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle appears to be one of the year’s most promising video games. The game remarkably resembles an Indiana Jones film in terms of its visual style and humor.” Furthermore, we couldn’t help but admire Troy Baker’s portrayal of Indiana Jones, noting that he captures Harrison Ford’s voice incredibly well. On December 9th, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be available for play on both PCs and Xbox consoles, while a PlayStation version is planned for release in Spring of 2025.
