Hideo Kojima Confirmed for Summer Game Fest Showcase on June 6th

Next week kicks off the live broadcast of Summer Game Fest Showcase, initiating a month-long run of game announcements and events. Although Geoff Keighley, the producer and host, hasn’t yet revealed the specific games to expect, he has confirmed that Hideo Kojima will personally appear on stage during the event.

Kojima’s upcoming game is titled “Death Stranding 2: On the Beach“. He mentioned that a final trailer for this game would be released around a week or two before its launch, but it seems we might get it earlier, leading us to speculate if there’s a connection. It’s also plausible that he may disclose additional information about OD, the game being published by Xbox Game Studios, though only time can confirm this.

On June 6th, Summer Game Fest will broadcast at 2 PM Pacific Time/5 PM Eastern Time, followed by the Future Games Show Summer Showcase on June 7th at 1 PM Pacific Time. The Xbox Games Showcase and a special event for The Outer Worlds 2 are set for June 8th at 10 AM Pacific Time. Additionally, the PC Gaming Show is scheduled for June 8th at noon Pacific Daylight Time, featuring more than 70 games.
