Previously this year, whispers surfaced about an enlarged edition of Hogwarts Legacy being in production, with Rocksteady Studios contributing to its development. Recently, a report from Insider Gaming by Tom Henderson has added more speculation about the possible re-release of the 2022 open world action RPG and what it might include.
According to the latest information, the expanded version of Hogwarts Legacy, dubbed the Definitive Edition, is expected to offer up to 10-15 hours of entirely fresh content. This content won’t just focus on main storylines but also includes brand new side quests, outfits, and additional elements for a more immersive experience.
The additional content for the game will also be available as Downloadable Content (DLC) to players who already possess the standard version. As of now, no firm decisions have been made regarding the release date or cost, but speculation suggests that the DLC might debut in 2025 at a price ranging from $20 to $30.
