At the television event, the stars from Schitt’s Creek elegantly matched their outfits, looking stylish as they co-hosted the show together.
Consistent with his style, Dan, aged 41, challenged fashion norms by donning slim-fit black trousers and a jacket paired with a white satin blouse featuring a bold, wide collar.
Absolutely, Eugene, aged 77, confidently showcased his style in a double-breasted suit, paired with a pale blue necktie, round glasses, and his distinctive eyebrows.
Besides organizing the evening’s events, Eugene was also put forward for his hosting duties on his travel show, The Reluctant Traveler. However, it was My Next Guest With David Letterman and John Mulaney who ended up winning the award at the Creative Arts Emmys the preceding weekend.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but gush about the Levys – they’re practically Emmy royalty! They’ve amassed no less than eight Emmy trophies among them, and it’s all thanks to their brilliant creation, Schitt’s Creek, a family comedy that simply took the world by storm. The multi-talented Dan Levy, who brought David Rose to life on screen, swept the Emmys with wins for acting, writing, and directing the show. And let’s not forget about Eugene Levy, who won his own Emmys for portraying Johnny Rose, the patriarch of the Rose family. The show ran from 2015 to 2020, but its impact and legacy live on!
Regarding a possible comeback for his cherished series, Dan has shown willingness to consider it, but at present, no plans are being made.
Dan shared with TopMob News in December 2023 that he appreciates fans’ enthusiasm for the series, which features Catherine O’Hara and Annie Murphy. However, he mentioned it’s a challenge to surpass their previous work, as creating something better is no easy feat. Until an inspiring idea strikes him, he’s unsure about the future.
He added, “But if it means people go back and watch the show from the beginning, not a bad thing.”
