As a devoted fan who has spent countless hours poring over every detail of Westeros, I must say, the latest twist in the saga of House of the Dragon leaves me both infuriated and intrigued. It’s like being a maester apprentice again, trying to decipher ancient scrolls while dodging wildfire-wielding sellswords!
As a passionate gamer and die-hard fan of House of the Dragon, I’ve got some disappointing news to share. It seems that the cat’s out of the bag regarding the Season 2 finale, thanks to some overzealous internet sleuths. Even though we’re all eagerly waiting for Sunday night’s grand conclusion, these detective wannabes have been scouring the web, spoiling not just themselves but others as well.
“It has come to our attention that sneak peeks of the House of the Dragon season finale have popped up on various social media sites. These previews were accidentally leaked by an international third-party distributor before their intended release date. HBO is actively working to take down these clips from the internet, and you can catch the entire episode this Sunday evening only on HBO and Max.”
After HBO made their announcement, accounts on TikTok and elsewhere sharing the House of the Dragon clips have been removed or shut down.
House of the Dragon renewed for Season 3
House of the Dragon was renewed for a third season back in July, even before Season 2 premiered.
As a devoted fan, I’m simply blown away by the extraordinary achievement of George, Ryan, and the entire team behind the phenomenal second season of “House of the Dragon”. Francesca Orsi, HBO’s Executive Vice President of Programming, Head of Drama Series and Films, expressed our collective awe. The effort poured into this season is nothing short of dragon-sized, crafting a spectacle that’s only matched by its deep emotional core. We can hardly contain our excitement as we eagerly anticipate the continuation of House Targaryen’s story in season three, and watching this team shine once more!
What is House of the Dragon about?
According to George R.R. Martin’s book “Fire & Blood”, the series “House of the Dragon” takes place 200 years prior to the events depicted in “Game of Thrones”. As we progress into Season 2, Westeros finds itself on the verge of a violent conflict as the Green and Black Councils struggle for power, supporting King Aegon and Queen Rhaenyra respectively. The season finale of “House of the Dragon” will air this Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on HBO.
