On August 29, in Napa, California, a professional dancer from “Dancing With the Stars” was detained for domestic violence charges. Interestingly, only three days prior to his arrest, Chigvintsev shared a heartfelt tribute on social media to celebrate the second anniversary of his marriage to his wife, which took place in Paris.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Chigvintsev expressed his love by saying, “Happy anniversary to you, my darling! I can’t imagine my life without you. You are the center of my universe.” Accompanying this message were beautiful photos from their 2022 wedding ceremony.
The next day, Garcia wrote her own appreciation post on Instagram.

It’s uncertain whether Garcia had any role in the event that resulted in Chigvintsev’s detention, as she appeared to be in Napa the day prior to the incident, according to her online posts.
On August 28th, Garcia shared on her Instagram Story that she had a facial appointment downtown Napa at Nude Medical Spa, expressing her love for the location.
TopMob News has contacted representatives for Chigvintsev and Garcia seeking their comments regarding the arrest, but we have not received a response as of now.
Nine months before Chigvintsev encountered legal issues, Garcia expressed his wish for another child.
