A week after the couple publicly announced the birth of their daughter named Poetry Lucia Sullivan and son Locket Romance Sullivan, Jesse, who is a father to 16-year-old Arlo Bear, shared the reason behind selecting such distinctive monikers.
“I gave Francesca a golden locket with Arlo, our dog and our cats’ pictures inside on our very first Valentine’s Day,” he explained in the Nov. 17 TikTok video. “We fell in love with the name Locket. We said this really early on that if we ever have a kid, we want to name him or her Locket.”
Regarding their son’s middle name, they were captivated by the name Romance. It seemed both beautiful and powerful, even a bit edgy. Thus, they found the combination Locket Romance to be incredibly appealing, as if describing the coolest individual you could ever encounter.
In the meantime, Francesca (age 31) and Jesse (age 35) both agreed that their daughter’s name suited her perfectly.
He pointed out that, much like poetry, the word “Lucia” resonated with them due to its ability to evoke a sense of beauty and romance. They appreciated how the name sounded and felt, which made it perfect for her. In addition, Lucia is an old Italian name, being the daughter of Francesca’s mother who shares the same name.
Jesse, who popped the question to a former contestant from “Too Hot to Handle” back in April, also looked back on the time they brought their twins into the world. “I knew at that moment this is the life I’ve always wanted,” he posted on Instagram November 17. “Francesca is already an incredible mom, and I have no doubt we’ll raise wonderful children together, along with our big sibling Arlo.
Ever since Francesca shared her pregnancy news in April, the couple has been garnering attention online due to their distinctive list of baby names they’ve decided against. In a May TikTok post, the reality star disclosed that Rocket was one name they particularly liked, along with Ethereal, Lyrics, Monday, Alchemy, November, Stone, Prosper, and Darling.
Francesca clarified in her video that she adores truly exceptional names, yet they should not only be distinctive but also aesthetically pleasing and radiating strength and beauty on their own.
Alongside the others, Jesse additionally offered up his choice of names such as Aristotle, Wanderer, Explorer, Book, Scholar, Twilight, Covenant, Remedy, Maze, Melody, and Whale (Orca).
Regardless of causing some surprise with the names he chose for his kids, he explained that the choice for his oldest’s name stemmed from similar concerns.
In a TikTok uploaded in May, Jesse stated, “When I gave Arlo the nickname Arlo Bear, some people thought I was insane and said things like, ‘You’re setting them up for a lifetime of bullying.’ However, it turns out that Arlo has never experienced any name-related bullying.

In the company of their loved ones, the couple joyously shared the genders of their upcoming twins – one boy and one girl.
On November 11th, the twins of Francesca and Jesse made their first appearance. The reality star shared on Snapchat that the boy was born at 7:31 a.m., followed by his sister at 7:33 a.m. She described them as being absolutely adorable and charming.
