How Priyanka Chopra Is Backing Nick Jonas’ Broadway Comeback

Nick Jonas is spreading his wings and returning to the Broadway stage.

On March 18, Nick, aged 32, and Adrienne Warren stepped onto the stage for the initial previews of “The Last Five Years”. His wife, Priyanka Chopra, was there to support him from the audience.

42-years-old posted on Instagram Stories on March 18th, “I’m incredibly proud of you @nickjonas,” accompanied by a monochrome picture from the stage, expressing excitement as the performances kick off tonight!

Priyanka followed it up with a snap of her Playbill, adding, “First preview.”

The show, initially aired in 2001 and later adapted into a film featuring Anna Kendrick and Jeremy Jordan in 2014, sees a Broadway comeback by the member of the Jonas Brothers, marking his return to the stage 13 years after his role in the revival of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” which he starred in back in 2012.

As I find myself back on the Broadway stage once more, it isn’t just Priyanka who is demonstrating her backing; my entire family has been expressing their unwavering support. Sharing a 3-year-old daughter, Malti, with my spouse of five years, we are all deeply connected in this journey.

On Nick’s opening night, his brothers and bandmates, Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas, were also present. Kevin posted a picture of the stage on his Instagram story with the caption, “Let’s go @nickjonas,” while Joe shared a photo of a signed piece of music from the show.

Nick openly showed appreciation for his family’s backing during the entire ordeal, and subtly suggested a date for them to watch the performance.

He shared with TopMob News in February that his family would attend some of the event, making it more enjoyable for him. On the opening night, he believes his brothers will be there, along with his parents. The support from them is crucial, particularly during a project as demanding as this one.

Speaking about his brothers and Priyanka offering support, he commented, “It truly provides a sense of stability and the tranquility necessary to tackle something demanding and draining, not only in terms of the physical performance, but also the profound emotional aspect.
