The final battle in Henry’s series of combat storylines, where he faced top fighters from various towns, culminates in what’s known as “The Final Nail” quest. In this mission, your objective is to locate and engage the grandmaster in a decisive duel to determine who is the greatest fighter of all time.
How To Start The Nail In The Coffin Quest
Once you finish the “Teeth in the Bag” mission and chat with Innkeeper Mole, the “Nail in the Coffin” quest will initiate on its own.
In simpler terms, Mole advises that if you aspire to become an exceptional fighter, you might want to look for the grandmaster from Kuttenberg. This would presumably be your initial goal in your journey.
Challenge The Kuttenberg Grandmaster
Heading northwest from the city, you’ll spot a church nearby – keep going! That’s where you’ll stumble upon the graveyard, and there, among the tombstones, you’ll find Frantishek, the Gravedigger, plying his trade. And if you’re lucky, you might just discover the elusive Kuttenberg Grandmaster hidden somewhere around here.
In this scenario, you should engage in dialogue with the acknowledged expert. During your discussion, it’s essential to propose a contest or duel of some sort. Nevertheless, take note that he will turn down the offer during the daylight hours. He will only agree to the challenge when the night falls.
What you need to do is wait until after 21:00, then speak to him and ask for the challenge.
The battle will happen at the graveyard, however, there are certain guidelines set by Frantishek, such as only men being allowed to participate and showing courage within the grounds of the cemetery. Leaving the cemetery prematurely will be considered a defeat.
Although Frantishek holds the title of grandmaster, he’s not the most formidable fighter out there. However, it’s crucial to note that he excels at deflecting punches from both right and left sides. To increase your chances of success, it would be wise to concentrate more on kicks and counter-attacks.
Additionally, feel free to attack him until you knock him out, as he won’t surrender.
How To Complete The Nail In The Coffin Quest
After defeating Frantishek, let some time pass for him to regain consciousness, then engage in conversation with him.
He’ll extend a helping hand by instructing you on how to win, thereby finishing up the “Nail in the Coffin” mission.
