If you possess the key for the basement, simply head straight to the basement by walking down the stairs located right at the entryway to the hallway.

Once you’ve descended into the basement, locate and retrieve the Blackwood Company members within. After that, inspect the southern wall carefully to discover a couple of Loose Pipes resting on a wooden table. Grab those pipes when you find them.
