Generally, theatre shows tend to be staged only in the city where they debut or move to another city. But there are exceptional productions that travel to various venues throughout the UK, like Jodie Comer’s Prima Facie, Let The Right One In, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, Midsomer Murders, and now it’s 2:22 A Ghost Story’s turn to do the same!
2:22 A Ghost Story has thus far been staged in five West End theatres and boasts a star-studded cast including Lily Allen, Cheryl, Tom Felton, Laura Whitmore, and Jake Wood. For the upcoming UK tour, Stacey Dooley will reprise her role as Jenny, with her real-life partner Kevin Clifton playing the part of Jenny’s companion Sam.
Dooley expressed her excitement for returning to the role of Jenny in the 2024 West End production by saying: ‘I can hardly wait to step into Jenny’s shoes again! I had such a wonderful experience with 2:22 last year, and I’m overjoyed to share this exceptionally clever play with audiences across the country! And with my Kev by my side! It’s a complete dream, so don’t miss us!’
2:22 A Ghost Story is a thriller directed by Matthew Dunster and Gabriel Vega Weissman, penned by Danny Robins. If you’re new to its storyline, 2:22 A Ghost Story revolves around Jenny, who feels she’s being haunted by a ghost every night at exactly 2:22 am. For those who have seen the stage production (or like us, have watched the play), you’ll remember an unexpected plot twist…

Who is in the 2:22 A Ghost Story cast?
In the upcoming series “2:22 A Ghost Story,” Dooley will once again embody the character Jenny, while the role of Sam has been taken by the popular dancer-actor Clifton, best known for his work on “Strictly Come Dancing.
