As a film enthusiast, I can’t contain my excitement as the timeless tale of Jack and the Beanstalk is set to grace the stages of Alton Towers! Initially, I thought it was just a whimsical rumor, but lo and behold, it’s true! This captivating story filled with mischief and magic will soon enchant us all on the Alton Towers stage. Trust me, it’s going to be an unforgettable family affair that will leave everyone in stitches!
During the holiday season, you too have an opportunity to view “The Sprout That Saved Christmas.” This will whisk you away into Santa’s bustling Toy Factory, where his joyful elf crew is hard at work getting ready for the big day.
What is the Santa Sleepover at Alton Towers?
On the day of your check-in, you’ll receive an admission ticket for Alton Towers theme park valid for one day, a visit to Santa’s workshop, a holiday performance in the Festive Courtyard called “The Sprout Who Saved Christmas,” a fun activity called Reindeer Games, and a pantomime show titled “Jack and the Beanstalk.
On the day of your departure, enjoy a lavish breakfast buffet, take a dip in the Alton Towers waterpark, and give the 9-hole mini golf course a go for some fun!
How much is the Santa Sleepover at Alton Towers?
The Santa Sleepover at Alton Towers will set you back £90 per person.

What dates is Alton Towers open for Christmas 2024?
Alton Towers typically operates from March through November every year. But, it also offers special Christmas Day Out events and Festive Short Breaks from December to the midpoint of February’s school break.
On the convenient “Opening Times” page of the amusement park, you’ll be able to discover all the days when Alton Towers is operational during Christmas.
The Alton Towers Waterpark stays open for most of the year, but not every attraction is operational. I’ll share more details about that in a bit.

At Cbeebies Land, you’ll encounter attractions such as Bugbie Go Round, the Magical Boat Ride from In The Night Garden, Justin’s Pie-O-Matic Factory, Peter Rabbit’s Hippity Hop, Postman Pat’s Parcel Post, Heave Ho, Marauder’s Mayhem, the Octonauts Rollercoaster Adventure, the Vroomster Zoom Ride of Go Jetters, Something Special Sensory Garden, Sharkbait Reef by SEA LIFE, Big Fun Showtime, Furchester Hotel Live, Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig, JoJo and Gran Gran’s Home, and Hey Duggee’s Big Adventure Badge.
However, the biggest rides at Alton Towers will go into hibernation for the winter period.
When does Alton Towers close for Christmas?
Starting from next Monday, the 11th of November, Alton Towers will temporarily shut down as we’ve known it so far. However, special Christmas-themed events will start being held instead.

Alton Towers will reopen after Christmas in March next year.
