How to Find J’skar for the Bruma Recommendation | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered

To get started, make your way towards Bruma, which lies at the very north of Cyrodiil, specifically within the Jerall Mountains area. In the city itself, you’ll find the Bruma Mages’ Guild located in its northern district.

As I step into the Bruma Mages’ Guild, I approach Jeanne Frasoric at the desk. She asks me for a favor; she needs me to track down J’skar, a Khajiit who seems to have gone missing. She also suggests I chat with Volarano, a High Elf roaming around inside the guild hall.
