In October 2025, the tale of Donna, Sophie, and her three possible fathers – a cultural sensation that sparked two hit films – is set to travel across the nation, hoping to captivate the hearts of many more.
To date, performances have been scheduled for Southampton, Bristol, Oxford, and Edinburgh, and additional dates will soon be revealed.
After the announcement, Judy Craymer, the show’s creator, expressed her excitement by saying: “Mamma Mia! is coming back to Southampton, Bristol, Oxford, and Edinburgh.
She went on to say: “The heartwarming story of Mamma Mia!, which is deeply connected to ABBA’s catchy tunes, has been enchanting crowds for 25 years in the West End. We’re excited to return to these beloved cities with our new UK tour and invite everyone back to our idyllic Greek island once more!
In 1999, Craymer, Richard East, and Björn Ulvaeus from ABBA initially brought the show to life. Since then, it has been watched by more than 70 million people globally. If you haven’t seen it yet, we can’t imagine a better way for you to part with your hard-earned cash.

- 11th – 22nd Nov 2025 – Bristol, Hippodrome
- 25th Nov – 6th Dec 2025 – Oxford, New Theatre
- 9th Dec 2025 – 4th Jan 2026 – Edinburgh, Playhouse

The prices for tickets vary between £19.50 and £129.50, however, they can change based on factors such as the event date, location, and your chosen seating area.
How to get Mamma Mia! UK tour tickets
On September 17th, tickets for shows in Oxford, Bristol, and Edinburgh became available. For those in Southampton, ticket sales begin on October 2nd. These dates are plentiful with tickets so far, but remember to grab yours before they’re all gone! (Sales occur at ATG Tickets.)
How to see Mamma Mia! in London
Of course, Mamma Mia is constantly playing at its original venue, the Novello Theatre, a run that started back in 1999. You can catch it every day except Sunday, from Monday through Saturday. Right now, the remarkable Mazz Murray is gracing the stage as Donna.
