As an ardent cinephile with over three decades of attending live performances under my belt, I must admit that Peter Kay’s announcement for his Better Late than Never tour has left me both astounded and delighted! This man never ceases to impress with his relentless energy and comedic prowess.


I’ve never had any doubts about Peter Kay’s endurance, given that he continues to expand the tour dates for his comedy show, “Better Late Than Never.

In a television commercial broadcasted on Saturday, producers justified adding 21 new shows by stating that there was an “extremely high interest” or “massive interest” from the audience.

The tour will extend until February 2026, featuring performances in Aberdeen, Liverpool, Cardiff, and wrapping up on the Isle of Man.

Besides his current 45-show run which broke all records for the most shows by an artist at London’s O2 Arena, Kay has now scheduled two additional performances as well.

The Better Late than Never tour began in December 2022 and recently celebrated its 100th show at the Manchester AO Arena.

    In a recent press statement, Kay expressed delight about continuing to pursue his favorite activity, stand-up comedy. He emphasized that laughter holds significant value in today’s difficult circumstances and given the continued high cost of living, tickets for the upcoming shows will begin at £35.

    How to get tickets to Peter Kay’s new UK tour dates

    Tickets for certain dates, including those in Belfast, Dublin, and Glasgow, will become available for presale starting at 10am on Thursday, 21st November. The pre-sale for the Sheffield show will follow on the 22nd November, also at 10am.

    General sale will go live for all dates at 10am on Saturday 23rd November.
