As a veteran of countless comedy shows and musical performances spanning over three decades, I must say that the upcoming Prat Pack tour is an event not to be missed! Having witnessed the likes of Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin, and Frank Sinatra on stage, it’s truly fascinating to see these British comedy icons pay homage to their predecessors.
Four prominent figures from the British comedy world are teaming up in the springtime to present a satirical take on The Rat Pack, creatively dubbed as the Funny Guys’ Gang or Humor Pack.
Bradley Walsh, Brian Conley, Shane Richie, and Joe Pasquale are set to don their formal coats once more as they embark on a UK tour with this comedy take on the iconic group, previously known for being graced by stars such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr.
Initially, Walsh – currently recognized for hosting Gladiators and The Chase – gathered the group for a unique performance at the London Palladium in March. However, when they completely sold out the venue, the concept of a full-scale tour materialized.
In the upcoming performance, you’ll find four seasoned comedians joined by a lively 15-member band, delivering acts reminiscent of the original troupe. Audiences should be prepared for tunes, laughter, and engaging stage conversations.
According to Walsh’s statement in the press release, “There’s a significant demand for our style of entertainment – music, tales, humor, and camaraderie! It’s a tribute to the Rat Pack but updated for today, and it promises to be an exceptional evening.
We’re absolutely ecstatic! Being in the same changing room with everyone, it feels like we’re friends, almost like a family. Our bond has been growing over time, and since this performance revolves around affection and kinship, that’s exactly what we are – a warm, close-knit group. It truly is fantastic!
He commented: “The performance is reminiscent of the 1950s and ’60s – the Rat Pack era featuring Sinatra and his group. We’ve been friends for more than 40 years, which amounts to approximately a quarter of a millennium in total. Our last joint appearance was in 1993 during the Royal Variety Performance. I’ve had this idea in mind for such a long time now.

Who is in The Prat Pack?
The popular comedy group, The Kriss Kross Klan, will feature four longtime British comedians: Bradley Walsh, Brian Conley, Shane Richie, and Joe Pasquale.
For many years, the four of them have been close friends. As per the tour promoter’s statement, Walsh, Conley, and Richie were once entertainers at Pontins Bluecoats during their early careers, while Pasquale was a Warner’s Greencoat. This shared background in family holiday camps provided them with a foundation in variety entertainment, launching them onto successful, multi-decade careers at the pinnacle of show business.
