The gaming company Arc Games, in collaboration with Heart Machine, has unveiled a new trailer and images for their upcoming roguelite action game, Hyper Light Breaker. This reveal is made just before its Early Access launch next week, showcasing the unique characters that can be played (Breakers) and the powerful bosses (Crowns) they will encounter in the game.

New Trailer: “Early Access Breakers & Crowns Reveal”
After a string of brief teaser trailers showcasing each character, or “Breaker,” that will be playable when Hyper Light Breaker debuts in Early Access, a comprehensive trailer has been unveiled. This trailer highlights all the characters players can select as their Breaker, as well as the “Crowns” (bosses) they’ll encounter during gameplay at the Early Access launch.
Players starting the game during Early Access will encounter three exclusive Breakers (Vermillion, Lapis, and Goro) to select from, along with two formidable Crowns (Dro and Exus) to confront. What sets this game apart is that each Breaker comes equipped with their own unique Sycoms – mini robot companions resembling those from Hyper Light Drifter – which form the basis of a Breaker’s build, granting specific boosts and stat adjustments.
In summary, you’re free to personalize your gear setup for every Breaker as desired. Regardless of the loadout chosen (except for Crowns, Dro, and Exus), get ready for a battle. It’s been whispered that the complete confrontations against each Crown will be unveiled on January 10th; keep an eye out for updates!
The Hyper Light Breaker Package, which includes a complimentary copy of Hyper Light Drifter, will be available on Steam from January 14th to the 28th.
To allow players to fully immerse themselves in the Hyper Light world, Heart Machine and Arc Games will be providing a special bundle for Hyper Light Breaker, which will be available from its launch on Early Access on January 14 until January 28.
This package is priced at $29.99, and it comes with a complimentary digital copy of Hyper Light Drifter on Steam, provided the players do not already possess it through their Steam account.
