I haven’t even decided which ending to Atomfall I want to do first, and someone is already speedrunning the game in under half an hour

Some of us, including myself, prefer to delve into a fresh game like Atomfall gradually, taking the time to examine each detail and cherish every instant.

Then there are speedrunners.

Watching speedrunning is consistently enjoyable since players strive to achieve increasingly unbelievable completion times for a game, right from the beginning to the end.

For Atomfall, the moment we’ve been waiting for is just around the corner – it’s now less than 28 minutes and 39 seconds away! I’m still debating which of the numerous endings I should tackle first.

I haven’t managed to watch the entire video just yet, as I haven’t completed any of its conclusions. Consequently, I’ve been steering clear of potential spoilers. However, what I’ve seen so far is certainly madness, and it seems unlikely that a quicker time will be recorded from this point on.

To clarify, it’s important to note that this test was conducted under specific conditions. It was a run where any percentage could be achieved, and it was set on the most basic level of difficulty. This means that conflicts weren’t much of an obstacle, and the environment was quite lenient.

It appears that the route suggested in the video aligns with the instructions given by the enigmatic phone caller, which means less interaction is required with other characters who each have their own conclusions. This path seems to require the least amount of extra effort.

Despite this, it’s necessary for all Data Stores to be activated and the Signal Redirector used to power up the Central Processor. This is essential for reaching Oberon. There’s a lot of moving around involved as tasks need to be gathered along the way to achieve such an unusually quick completion time.

Overall, I’m really enjoying the positive response that Atomfall is receiving. It’s thrilling to see players discovering methods to speed run it, but beyond that, I’m simply delighted that people are finding enjoyment in it, just as I am.

I promise I’m going to choose an ending soon. I swear.
