Illusion of Itehari launches this fall in the west

The visual novel game “Illusion of Itehari,” called “Utakata no Uchronia” in Japan, is set to release for Nintendo Switch this fall in the western regions, as announced by publisher Aksys Games. Pre-orders are currently open, and a special edition of the game that includes the original soundtrack on CD can be purchased exclusively through the Aksys Games Online Store.

Here is an overview of the game, via Aksys Games:

The tale unfolds in a tiny, celestial paradise called Itehari, a flourishing and admired utopia. Our central character is Hinagiku, a noblewoman from a prestigious lineage who yearns for experiences beyond the floating city. On her eighteenth birthday, Hinagiku crosses paths with an amnesiac man named Yashiro. This unexpected encounter sets in motion a chain of events revealing the hidden secrets and truths beneath Itehari’s serene facade… as it turns out, this sky garden is merely a deceptive utopia.

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled about the upcoming release of “Illusion of Itehari”. This fresh otome game is a groundbreaking project from a talented team of artists and developers, marking the debut of LicoBiTs – a collaborative effort between Broccoli and TIS Creation. The goal? To captivate the female gaming community with immersive, engaging experiences. Can’t wait to dive in!
