Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Reveals Hefty PC Requirements, Needs 120 GB Storage and SSD

As a seasoned PC gamer with a hearty appetite for adventure games, I can hardly contain my excitement for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle! However, upon glancing at the game’s system requirements, it seems that I might need to do some upgrading before embarking on this thrilling journey.

As the release date of “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle” draws near, Bethesda has unveiled the complete PC specifications for the game, and it appears that the demands are quite substantial. The publisher has provided six distinct presets, with three sets each for playing with or without ray tracing, and even on the most minimal settings, the requirements are not insignificant.

To get started, every preset calls for a Solid State Drive (SSD) and around 120 gigabytes of available space. Beyond the two basic presets, which can have or not have ray tracing, all others ask for 32 gigabytes of RAM. Meanwhile, even the minimal settings require 16 gigabytes of RAM as well.

To play the game smoothly at 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second (FPS) on basic settings without ray tracing, you’ll need either an i7-10700K or Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, coupled with any of the following GPUs: GeForce RTX 2060 Super, Radeon RX 6600, or Arc A580. If you aim to play on high settings without ray tracing, maintaining a native 4K resolution and 60 FPS, you’ll need more powerful hardware such as an i7-13900K or Ryzen 7 7900X CPU, along with either a GeForce RTX 4080 or Radeon RX 7900XT graphics card.

To achieve ray tracing at 1440p resolution and 60 frames per second using recommended settings, you’ll need an i7-12700K or Ryzen 7 7700 CPU paired with a GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card. For those seeking ultra settings with ray tracing enabled at 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, consider investing in either an i7-13900K or Ryzen 7 7900X CPU and a GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card.

Here’s the rephrased text: Check out the complete system specifications for the PC edition of the game further down. For the Xbox Series X/S, however, the game aims to run at 60 frames per second, but the target resolution hasn’t been disclosed yet.

On December 9th, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle officially debuts, but if you’re a Premium Edition owner, you can start playing from as early as December 6th (or possibly 5th, depending on your location).
