Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Will Launch for PS5 in the First Half of 2025 – Rumour

As a seasoned gamer with over three decades of gaming experience under my belt, I must say that the prospect of a new Indiana Jones game is nothing short of exhilarating. The last time we had a proper Indy adventure was back in 2008, and since then, the franchise has been on a rollercoaster ride of development hell and false starts.

It appears that multiple recent leaks hint at some major first-party Xbox games being unveiled for cross-platform releases soon, with one specific announcement on the horizon. We might have just found out what this upcoming reveal entails. It looks like the next Indiana Jones installment, titled Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, could be coming to PS5 as well.

According to well-known insider NateTheHate, he recently posted on Twitter that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is set to debut on Xbox Series X/S and PC this December as a timed exclusive. Afterwards, it’s expected to become available for PS5 in the first half of 2025.

It’s uncertain if we’ll get an official announcement soon, but it’s not entirely out of the question. We know for sure that the game will be showcased at Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 20, and there are rumors about the release date being announced then. So, we might learn about its potential PlayStation launch plans very soon as well.

MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will debut on Xbox and PC platforms during the upcoming holiday season (December) as a temporary console exclusive. Following this limited period, Indiana Jones & the Great Circle is intended for release on PlayStation 5 in the early part of 2025.
