Intergalactic PS5 Is Playable Internally and Incredible, According to Naughty Dog

Not only can you fully immerse yourself in Naughty Dog’s latest creation, “Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet”, but this game is nothing short of “extraordinary”.

According to the creator of the project, Neil Druckmann (who might have some bias), during an interview at the premiere event for HBO’s The Last of Us Season 2 in April, he shared this information.

This week, Jason Schrier of Bloomberg hinted on ResetEra that a PS5 exclusive from Naughty Dog might not debut until as late as 2027. Since then, they’ve been focusing on different adaptations and upgrades, but their last original game was launched in 2020.

But Druckmann has at least provided some hope that the project is progressing well.

He suggested that we’re currently enjoying a game called ‘Intergalactic‘ at work, and it’s truly amazing,” he implied. Alternatively, “He hinted that ‘Intergalactic’ game is being played in the office right now, and it’s fantastic.

I’m thrilled to finally reveal our gameplay to the public as there is a lot more to discover than what we’ve already shown – just think of what lies beneath the surface!

Despite not fully understanding its genre, the trailer for Intergalactic suggests it will feature close-quarters combat and immerses players in an ominous, escapeless science fiction environment that no one has reportedly survived.

I’m looking forward to possibly witnessing more gameplay hinted by Druckmann later in the year, as it would be interesting to understand how the game will truly function, although the release date is still a few years off.
