His Job Was Already Dangerous, But Now He’s Essentially Stuck
It’s quite obvious that Harry has figured out that Conrad’s reign as leader of the Harrigan crime empire is coming to an end. Although it’s possible that he deceived Freddie before killing him to foster trust, the idea that Harry and Kevin are positioning themselves to take over from Conrad and Maeve isn’t far-fetched, given how publicly unstable Conrad is in London. At present, however, there seems to be no way out for Harry, especially since both his wife and daughter are living under Conrad’s roof, always under the watchful eye of the overly cautious crime boss and his henchman, Paul.
Leaving aside their safety, Harry can’t depart since Conrad would swiftly turn against him. Given Conrad “100 Guns” Harrigan’s furious disposition, he might retaliate harshly upon learning of any hint of Harry’s betrayal, and considering his current agitated state, he may do so even without definitive evidence. Harry understands that his fate is sealed within the Harrigans’ deteriorating inner circle, but he also recognizes that trying to escape it only seals a different kind of doom for him.

In a surprising turn of events, Janet McTeer’s formidable character skillfully halted Seraphina’s impending doom at the hands of Jaime Lopez’s cartel, simultaneously severing their ties with Richie Stevenson. A woman who can orchestrate such a dramatic shift with a mere phone call is undeniably powerful, yet the Harrigans’ ominous warnings about Kat and the peril that comes with indebtedness to her only intensifies the chilling atmosphere.
