It Takes Two, Aliens: Dark Descent, and Temtem Coming to PS Plus Essential in December

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that Sony has outdone themselves this time! The lineup for PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers in December is nothing short of stellar.

Sony has revealed the upcoming games that PlayStation Plus Essential and higher tier subscribers will receive starting from December 3rd until January 6th. During this period, they can obtain the games, It Takes Two, Aliens: Dark Descent, and Temtem, free of charge.

Both “It Takes Two” and “Aliens: Dark Descent” can be played on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The first one, a critically acclaimed cooperative game, features characters Cody and May who, after being turned into dolls, work to resolve their marital issues. It includes various mini-games and platforming challenges for players to conquer.

In “Aliens: Dark Descent”, you take command of Colonial Marines on the moon, Lethe, battling Xenomorphs and trying to stay alive. On the other hand, “Temtem” is a 3D creature collector game, only playable on PS5, where you explore the Airborne Archipelago, collect different species, and fight them as you strive to vanquish the eight Dojo Leaders.

Sony has confirmed that starting from December 10th, some classic games will join the PlayStation Plus Premium service. Among these are Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves by Sucker Punch, as well as Naughty Dog’s Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. Keep an eye out for further announcements about the additional games that will be added to PS Plus Extra and Premium in the upcoming weeks.
