As a mother and a fitness enthusiast, I admire the journeys of both Jessica Decker and Eric Stonestreet. Their dedication to their physical well-being while also prioritizing their families is truly inspiring.

Bunnie XO‘s weight loss journey started off on a crappy note.

The spouse of the well-known country music performer, known as Jelly Roll, recently disclosed that she initiated treatment with tirzepatide, a new antidiabetic drug approved by the FDA for weight loss management. However, even at a low dosage, she has already experienced significant side effects.

On the October 3rd episode of her podcast, Dumb Blonde, Bunnie (Alyssa DeFord) expressed that it really took her by surprise the previous night, saying “I had a total mind-blowing experience – and I’m talking about some serious shock, dear listeners.

She continued, “I also got sick. I felt like I was gonna projectile vomit.”

Before starting tirzepatide, Bunnie was cognizant of possible side effects and even dreaded using it following numerous TikTok users’ negative testimonies.

According to Bunnie, she opted for “taking small, regular doses” of her medication rather than consuming it in the usual quantity.

She clarified that she found it extremely difficult to accept the drug, “Since I’m completely pure and free of any substances, the mere act of ingesting tirzepatide is a significant choice for me.

Tirzepatide can be found under the names Mounjaro or Zepbound, but it’s unclear which one Bunnie is referring to. Similar to semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy, tirzepatide is administered through injections and assists in appetite reduction.

It seems Bunnie lost about a pound and a half when she woke up, as she mentioned, but boy, she’s still hungry!

The podcaster added, “Why am I so hungry on this s–t?”

Speaking about him, Jelly Roll, or Jason DeFord as his real name goes, is embarking on a similar weight loss adventure of his own. He’s managed to shed approximately 70 pounds so far, achieving this feat through regular running and by adjusting his eating habits.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve been consistently pushing myself to new heights. In the last month alone, I’ve been diligently logging between two to three miles daily, five to six times a week. Additionally, I’ve incorporated a routine of spending 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna and a quick six-minute cold plunge every single day. And when it comes to my diet, I’m making a conscious effort to eat healthily.

Absolutely, the talk show host appears more upright these days. After learning from doctors that she was pre-diabetic, the singer shared with People that she had lost weight by following her doctor’s advice, which she hadn’t done consistently for a couple of years. “I’m really good at it 90% of the time,” she added, “because a protein-rich diet actually suits me well.

The mother of River and Remington is relishing her fresh start in New York City, as well. She mentioned that city walks provide quite an exercise, and she’s currently fond of infrared saunas. Plus, she recently tried a cold plunge after everyone convinced her to do so.

She doesn’t use it: The current popular weight loss drug. “My doctor persisted for nearly two years, but I responded with ‘No, I’m apprehensive about it, given my thyroid issues,'” she shared during an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show in May 2024. “People assume it’s Ozempic, but it isn’t.” Instead, she clarified, it’s another medication that assists in breaking down sugar, a function her body apparently struggles with.

As a dedicated follower, I’m here to share some health advice that has worked wonders for me. After experiencing an uptick in my well-being, I’ve found the perfect blend of activities and habits that I believe can benefit you too.

Although Winfrey hasn’t disclosed the specific weight loss medication she’s taking, in an interview with People magazine in December, she expressed, “Discovering that there’s a medically approved prescription for managing weight and improving health feels like a reprieve, like a vindication, like a blessing, and not something to conceal anymore. I’ve had enough of the ridicule from others and especially myself.

Conscious of the fact that she looks great whether it’s in Cleveland, Los Angeles, or any other place she might be, the actress shared her unique perspective on body image through an Instagram post in February.

The Food Network host posted a 2014 bikini picture with the caption, “This is a 150lb body on a 5’4 frame.” She no longer weighs herself because she finds it arbitrary that this weight is considered overweight by certain standards. She thinks these standards are foolish and has believed them for too long.

Free from the constraints of dieting, she declared, “At last, I truly understand that I am a compassionate, humorous, thoughtful woman.” She emphasized, “Never let your self-image be defined by your weight or size. Recognize and embrace who you are – you are sufficient, exactly as you are.

As for anyone that might not agree, she summed up, “F–k ‘em.”

The former star of “Roseanne” has experienced a mix of ups and downs during his health odyssey. In his own words from 2017, he shared, “In the past, I would take a three-month break, lose around 60 to 70 pounds, indulge in a six-pack or something similar, then return to my old ways.” This time, however, he decided on a more gradual approach: “I want to exercise regularly and move my body. At this stage of life, I can’t afford to be idle anymore.

His sensible lifestyle – consisting mainly of regular walking and following a Mediterranean diet rich in fish, vegetables, and nuts – has assisted him in keeping off 200 pounds of weight loss. In his own words to Men’s Health, he described it as “a process of recovery.” However, he added that it’s a task carried out with affection.

And to wash it all down, “I don’t drink anything but water,” he said. “No coffee, no tea, no soda.”

Back in March 2020, just a few months after the former star of “Pretty Little Liars” welcomed her first child, Atlas, she confessed to TopMob News that she felt less motivated than ever. With the world at a standstill, she admittedly thought, “Well, why not?” or in simpler terms, “Eff it.

Instead of adhering to her workout plans and “everything in moderation” diet, she abandoned both, giving way to an unhealthy eating habit during the chaotic year of 2020, which left her consuming nothing but poor quality food. The negative impact on her health and well-being became evident as she longed for the sensation of pride in her body once more.

She felt excited yet uncertain about joining Kelsey Heenan’s 4-Week Focus program with Openfit.

For four consecutive weeks, she started her days with a glass of lemon-infused warm water followed by a 30-minute workout (a mix of HIIT, cardio, and strength training). She also decided to stick to healthier food options, like eating pizza but adding some spinach. After this change, she became a believer. “Wow,” she confessed, “I’ve been active all my life, but I’ve never lifted weights that heavy before – not even 40 pounds!

Despite perspiring considerably during workouts, it’s not the minor details that matter most to the fitness influencer. Known as Fat Girl Fed Up on social media, she admitted in a December Instagram post that she didn’t quite reach her target of weighing less than 200 pounds. However, she still chose to celebrate her achievements.

She acknowledged, “Every bit of progress counts, even if it seems small.” After a challenging week, she affirmed herself, understanding that the weight wasn’t gained quickly, so it wouldn’t disappear swiftly either. Her determination remained steadfast: persist, no matter the circumstances.

She expressed confidence, saying, “I am on my way to the promised land.” Regardless of whether it’s a short journey ahead or a long one, she assured herself and others that they will arrive at their destination eventually. Persevere, have faith in your abilities, aim for progress rather than perfection.

In a TikTok video posted in August 2022, they mentioned that they started seeing a nutritionist in April and have shed approximately 35 pounds as a result. They went on to explain that their motivation for this transformation was due to their gymnastics and professional requirements, wanting to alter their body size accordingly.

However, they cautioned, don’t assume you’re going to nail that metaphorical aerial on your first try. “It took three weeks before I saw any change,” the Love That Story author admitted. “So, if you’re wanting to make a change, literally three weeks of working out and eating differently before I saw any change.”

By the year 2022, when they would have reached 30 years old, this former star of Disney Channel decided to plunge into a fresh workout routine.

As a child, I used to swim with a shirt on. Fast forward to my late twenties, I decided it was time for a change and wanted to transform my body into a muscular, strong individual, which is what I’ve been striving towards since then. The actor, married to model Barbara Palvin, made this statement in an Instagram post last April, and this is how he refers to his progress now.

Due to her busy filming schedule interfering with her intense boxing and hiking exercise routines, Wilson admitted that she has struggled to maintain her healthy lifestyle recently. The extra stress leading to extra pounds, “It makes me feel bad about myself,” Wilson admitted, “it shouldn’t…but it does.”

Leaving behind his beloved beers? Affirmative. Dedicating “three to four hours a day” to persistent, high-intensity exercise such as P90X, kickboxing, and running, as he expressed to Men’s Journal? Correct.

For Pratt, the most challenging aspect of his 60-pound metamorphosis from Andy Dwyer in “Parks and Recreation” to a Guardians of the Galaxy superhero was the immense amount of water he had to consume daily – about an ounce for every pound he weighed.

“I was peeing all day long, every day,” he explained. “That part was a nightmare,”

Despite being somewhat associated with the Baldwin family, as Cher Horowitz might observe, the actor from “Clueless” recognized why viewers found it surprising that he would assume the role of Ant-Man’s successor in the Marvel universe.

When I got the part in that film, it seemed many people responded with something like, “Paul Rudd as a superhero? That’s surprising!” According to an interview with Variety in 2015, he acknowledged this reaction.

It turns out that the veteran actor decided to follow in the footsteps of Chris Pratt when it comes to preparing for an action film. He revealed this strategy, stating, “Forgo all fun activities for a year, and afterwards, you’ll be ready to portray a hero.

But first she soaks up every second of the postpartum period. “I always tell mothers, like, that should be the last thing on your mind,” stressed Decker, mom to Vivianne, Eric Jr., Forrest and February 2024 arrival Denver. “After you have a baby, please do not think about trying to lose weight. Just feed your baby. Love on your baby. You have a newborn. Your body is trying to heal. You will know when your body is ready. Don’t listen to your brain telling you, ‘Lose weight, lose weight.’ You’ll know when you physically feel like, ‘Okay, I feel like I’m ready to kind of have that energy and can run around.'”
