Jenna Bush Hager Breaks Silence on Ringless Rumors Amid Marriage Speculation

There’s no trouble in paradise for Jenna Bush Hager and Henry Chase Hager.

Indeed, as viewers have observed that the host of Today has been missing her wedding ring during recent episodes, she subsequently disclosed the sad explanation for why she chose to keep her jewelry at home.

On the February 26th installment of “Today With Jenna & Friends,” I shared that I’m currently without my ring since I unfortunately broke a finger, but don’t let the speculation get the best of you! Rest assured, Henry and I are as blissfully married as ever. I’ve noticed some curious comments floating around, so I wanted to clear the air – we’re still very much in love and enjoying our wonderful marriage.

43-year-old Jenna found inspiration to discuss her own injury incident following the sharing of a video clip from Colin Jost on Saturday Night Live, where he mentioned his wife Scarlett Johansson had misplaced her engagement ring in 2020. Yet, the host compared this situation with another wedding ring mishap that surpassed her recent accident in terms of difficulty.

She mentioned that she along with Henry, their children Hal (age 5), Poppy (age 9), and Mila (age 11) previously attended a birthday party for their co-host Savannah Guthrie several years ago. While her spouse departed the gathering prematurely, Jenna remained and indulged in a tad more festivities than intended.

Jenna shared with Heather McMahan the next day’s occurrence: “I discovered that one of my engagement ring stones was missing.” She explained that it was Henry’s grandmother’s stone and after some hesitation, she informed her husband about the mishap. He responded calmly to the news, but unfortunately, Jenna never managed to find the lost stone again.

Previously, Jenna has taken breaks from wearing her wedding ring following an injury, as she mentioned to her ex-colleague Hoda Kotb last August that she suffered a broken ring finger and a black eye when she lost her necklace in the sea during a holiday.
