Jennifer Coolidge wants Greg to get a taste of his own medicine.
Following the appearance of Jon Gries’ character, who was once portrayed as the husband of a former “White Lotus” star’s character, in season three, she expressed her thoughts on his depiction and indicated where she would like to see the storyline develop for him.
Jennifer, formerly Tanya on seasons one and two of the Mike White series, shared her feelings with Will Marfuggi at TopMob News in an exclusive interview. Toward the end of the first episode, Jon’s character reappeared, but under a different name. Aimee Lou Wood’s character Chelsea encounters a new acquaintance named Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon) as she tries to keep her distance from her volatile boyfriend Rick (Walton Goggins). While they talk about their abrasive older partners, Chloe mentions her boyfriend, “Gary,” who viewers will recognize is actually Greg.
The characters in the show have started noticing Gary’s suspicious behavior. In the most recent episode, Tanya’s widower mentioned vague job activities, and it didn’t take Rick, who appears to be involved in some questionable business himself, long to figure out that he can’t rely on him.
Of course, Jennifer couldn’t help but express her enthusiasm for the entire production, pointing out that she finds the storyline of Carrie Coon, Leslie Bibb, and Michelle Monaghan’s friendship particularly intriguing.
Mike’s scripts are filled with fascinating elements,” she noted. “I can’t shake off this uneasy feeling about various aspects. What about those three girls? How will their story unfold?

Nivola, currently in a relationship with Iris Apatow (daughter of Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann), joins the Ratliff family as Lochlan in the upcoming project. Prior to his adventure in Thailand, he was part of another series revolving around a wealthy beach family: “The Perfect Couple”, where he portrayed Will Winbury, the offspring of Greer and Tag Winbury, characters played by Nicole Kidman and Liev Schreiber respectively. As a die-hard fan, I’m beyond thrilled to share that I’ll be gracing the screens as Chelsea, the free-spirited charm, in season three.
