Jeremy Clarkson announces new Diddly Squat book

As a long-time follower of Jeremy Clarkson and his antics, I can confidently say that the announcement of his latest book, Diddly Squat: Home to Roost, has me utterly thrilled! I’ve been through the highs and lows of life on Clarkson’s Farm alongside him, from agricultural agonies to crop failings, mouldy mushrooms, uncooperative weather, and more – all with his trademark dry wit and humor that never fails to entertain.

As a devoted fan, I’m absolutely thrilled to share that our beloved Jeremy Clarkson is unveiling his newest literary masterpiece! The man himself has made the exciting announcement about the upcoming release of his new book.

Title of the upcoming book is “Diddly Squat: Home to Roost,” making it the newest addition to the Diddly Squat series. This series offers an unfiltered narrative about the author’s experiences managing the renowned Clarkson’s Farm.

From agricultural agonies to crop failings, mouldy mushrooms, uncooperative weather and more, Clarkson is set to recount them all, with a side of his trademark dry wit and humour.

This news comes after the final episode of his Amazon Prime series, The Grand Tour, that was aired a few weeks back.

In the climactic episode, finding myself alongside my trusted comrades James May and Richard Hammond, we embarked on a vessel brimming with ale, vodka, gin, and whisky, as we bid farewell to our cherished show.

Yet, it seems that Clarkson intends to keep himself busy for quite some time. Apart from managing his Diddly Squat farm, hosting Clarkson’s Farm on Amazon, and running The Farmer’s Dog pub, he has announced plans to publish a new book titled Diddly Squat: Home to Roost.

In an Instagram video, the 64-year-old excitedly announces, “I’ve accomplished something! This is a replica of my latest book,” and then goes on to read passages from it.

It’s not the first time Clarkson has dipped his toes into the realm of literature. Interestingly, this popular British host has previously achieved Sunday Times bestseller status with his Diddly Squat book series.

These encompass “A Year at Diddly Squat,” “Diddly Squat: Until the Cows Return Home,” and “Diddly Squat: Even Pigs Could Fly,” each chronicling the ups and downs of farm life as depicted in Clarkson’s Farm, nestled in the beautiful Cotswolds.

The farm has gained quite a bit of cultural recognition, largely due to its leading role in an Amazon-produced series that has already completed three seasons.

The cover for Diddly Squat: Home to Roost has already been revealed and it is available to pre-order now at major UK book retailers.
