Judge Threatens to Remove Sean “Diddy” Combs for Jury Interaction

Judge Arun Subramanian is putting his foot down.

On June 5, during the sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs, the presiding judge warned him that he might be asked to leave due to his facial expressions being perceived as disruptive towards the jury, as reported by NBC News reporters present in the courtroom.

Subramanian emphasized to Combs’ lawyers, “My instructions were absolutely unequivocal: no facial expressions should be given to the jury.” He added, “I couldn’t have been more explicit. During a particular line of questioning, your client was frequently nodding and gazing at the jury.

He went on to say, “Such behavior is not tolerated. There must be no attempts at communicating with this jury. A repetition would lead me to instruct the jury, and if your client persists, they may be removed from the courtroom.

Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo assured the judge that this was “not going to happen again.”

Subramanian’s warnings were given when Bryana Bongolan, a confidante of Cassie Ventura (Combs’ former partner), resumed her questioning on the witness stand again.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’d like to share an intriguing piece of news regarding a fashion designer’s testimony. She claimed that in 2016, the founder of Bad Boy Records, Sean Combs, allegedly put me over a balcony on the 17th floor. However, his defense attorney, Nicole Westmoreland, contested this by stating that Mr. Combs was actually in New York on the days he was accused of such an incident.

Nonetheless, Bongolan stood firm with her assertions, informing the jury that she was “absolutely certain” that Combs – who has pleaded not guilty to charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for prostitution – had held her on a balcony. Only yesterday, she provided further details about the alleged incident at Ventura’s apartment in Los Angeles.

In a testimony given on June 4th, Bongolan stated that “someone followed me, hoisted me up and positioned me on the railing.” At roughly 100 pounds in weight at the time, she expressed her struggle not to lose her balance as she pushed back against this individual due to fear of falling.

She went on to say, “For a moment, it seemed like I might lose my balance.” He was shouting at her, accusing her of something she didn’t understand. In confusion, she replied, “I have no idea what I did wrong,” to which he continued to shout loudly.

For more bombshells from Diddy’s trial, keep reading.

Bryana Bongolan, a longtime friend of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former partner Cassie Ventura, testified to the jury that she filed a civil lawsuit for $10 million against Combs in November 2024. This was after an incident in 2016 where he reportedly held her over a balcony on the 17th floor and then threw her onto nearby furniture.

“I wanted to seek justice for what happened to me,” Bongolan said, “on the balcony.”

As a devoted admirer sharing this news, I’d like to mention that a renowned fashion designer has taken legal action, filing a comprehensive 17-page lawsuit. The allegations include sexual battery, causing emotional distress, and false imprisonment, as documented in court records which have been obtained by Rolling Stone magazine.

According to the lawsuit filed by her lawyer, James R. Nikraftar, the sole intention behind threatening someone by hanging them off a balcony is either to cause their death or to instill intense fear in them, stripping them of any sense of control over their personal safety and bodily autonomy.

In my role as a trusted lifestyle advisor, I can share an account from 2016 where I was reportedly placed on the edge of a 17th-story balcony by a prominent figure in the rap industry. After that, I was unceremoniously deposited onto the surrounding furniture below.

According to Bongolan’s account of the event at Ventura’s Comstock apartment, she claims that combs (possibly hands) grabbed her from behind, raised her up, and positioned her on top of the rail. She weighed approximately 100-115 pounds during this incident. Her feet were planted firmly on the rail, and she was attempting to maintain her balance while pushing back against him due to fear that she might fall.

For a moment, I feared I might lose my balance,” she expressed while testifying on June 4th. “He was shouting at me, accusing me of something I didn’t understand. He said something like, ‘You know what you did.’ I had no clue what I was being accused of. In confusion, I replied, ‘I don’t know what I did.’ His shouting grew louder.

In my expertise on lifestyle matters, I’d like to share an account I’ve come across: After approximately 10 to 15 seconds, a sudden action by Combs sent me tumbling onto the balcony furniture. This unfolded just as Ventura emerged, and shortly thereafter, we retired into the apartment for a conversation. Notably, Combs departed from the residence later on.

Ever since the reported event, I’ve been profoundly affected. I’ve shared this experience by stating, “I’ve been plagued with nightmares and an overwhelming sense of fear, often leading to loud outbursts in my sleep.” Yet, I’ve also mentioned that, to some extent, these symptoms have eased somewhat.

Assistant U.S. Prosecutor Emily Johnson shared with Judge Arun Subramanian that the authorities have become aware that a media source revealed the true name of the trial defendant’s former assistant, who had been referred to as “Mia”.

Johnson stated that the government politely asks the Court to think about ordering the platform to delete the post and contemplate if additional actions are needed, such as banning those who disregard the Court’s order from participating in this trial, not just here but also in other courtrooms.

Judge Subramanian requested the prosecution to prepare a proposal, assuring them that he would “definitely take it into account.

As a lifestyle expert looking back on past events, I’d rephrase that sentence as follows: In 2011, I, Derek Ferguson, then the CFO of Bad Boy Entertainment, disclosed to prosecutors that a wire transfer of $20,000 was sent from Cassie Ventura’s father, Rodrick Ventura, to rap mogul Sean Combs. Additionally, the prosecutors presented bank records corroborating this transaction.

Previously in the court proceedings, it was Regina Ventura who testified that Combs allegedly threatened to disseminate sexually explicit videos of her daughter following the start of their relationship with Kid Cudi, also known as Scott Mescudi.

Previously, Regina mentioned that they (Regina and Roderick) resorted to taking out a home equity loan as it seemed to be the sole means for them to acquire the necessary funds.

She informed the prosecution that his motivation was fueled by anger. He had invested funds in her, but she was involved with someone else.

A loyal follower of Sean “Diddy” Combs, who’s been present nearly every day during his trial, was escorted out of the courtroom following an outburst within the main courtroom, as reported by NBC News.

During the proceedings on June 3, a spectator from the extra seating areas exclaimed, ‘Everyone’s mocking Diddy!’ He felt it was unfair how they were treating him.

After asserting Combs’ innocence, she yelled at him, “People are trying to do you wrong.”

Eddy Garcia, who previously held the position of security supervisor at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, declared that Combs was suspected to have handed over a brown bag containing $100,000 to hotel security, expecting them to provide the surveillance footage showing the Bad Boy Records founder assaulting Ventura in return.

According to Garcia, who received immunity from the prosecution in exchange for his testimony, he shared a large amount of money with two other colleagues after both parties agreed to a Non-Disclosure Agreement that carried a fine of one million dollars.

He stated that Combs was suspected of referring to him as an “angel” over the phone on Easter after their encounter, and then inquired whether anyone had inquired about the incident or the recording. I mentioned that I hadn’t heard any news, and he responded with a simple ‘OK’.

Sylvia Oken, who holds the position of Area Director for Sales and Marketing at the Beverly Hills Hotel, confirmed that Combs made bookings under the pseudonyms Philip Pines and Frank Black.

Oken passed on the bills for the expenses Combs incurred during his stay, which included a thorough cleaning and damages from excessive use of oil. Previous accounts suggested that the rap tycoon reportedly used numerous bottles of baby oil while staging his extravagant sexual shows.

According to Mia, she made an effort to keep a constructive connection with the renowned rapper, notwithstanding her earlier claims of sexual misconduct, due to being heavily influenced or conditioned by him.

She clarified during Brian Steele’s cross-examination on June 2, “The situation I found myself in was one where things were either extremely good or extremely bad. I made great efforts to return to a positive state and worked even harder. I was consistently striving for his approval.

The defense brought attention to a conversation between Combs and “Mia,” where she stated that her previous employer had rescued her from R. Kelly, who is now incarcerated for 30 years due to crimes involving the sexual abuse of minors, during a terrifying dream she experienced.

In a chilling 2019 message, I shared my harrowing ordeal: “I had a terrifying dream,” I confessed. “I found myself stuck in an elevator with R. Kelly… miraculously, you arrived as my savior.

Following President Donald Trump granting pardons to celebrities such as Todd and Julie Chrisley, NBA YoungBoy, and Lil Wayne, he has not dismissed the idea of potentially including Sean Combs on that list.

Trump mentioned during the May 30 press conference in the Oval Office that there’s talk about a possible pardon. He went on to say that if he were to consider it, he would first examine the current situation, adding that he hasn’t been paying much attention to it, but it has been receiving a lot of media attention.

The president, who once enjoyed a close relationship with Combs, expressed his intention to investigate the details before deciding on granting a pardon to the music tycoon.

I passionately declared, ‘If I perceive that someone has been unfairly treated, regardless of whether they appreciate me or not, it won’t sway my conviction at all.’

In a WhatsApp message sent in October 2015, which was presented during the trial, Mia claimed that the famous rapper “didn’t seem to be thinking clearly.

Mia communicated to Kristina Khorram that the individual’s speech was unclear. She also conveyed that he had made threats against her job security and even went as far as threatening to take her life. She mentioned that he claimed to be on the phone with HR during these calls, and in other instances, he threatened to terminate her employment.

In response, Khorram wrote, “If you don’t call him in the next two minutes, you don’t have a job.”

Mia, who had been regularly required to be on standby for Combs, shared that the threats left her feeling “urgently compelled to rectify the situation, fearful and sorrowful.

On May 29, Mia provided testimony stating that she observed her ex-employer physically assaulting Ventura on several instances.

Mia stated, “I’ve witnessed him shove her roughly to the ground, it appears as though he intended to hurt her severely. I saw him pursuing her relentlessly. Such actions were not kind.

I swear, I witnessed Diddy – or rather, Sean Combs – clash with Ventura. But let me clarify, what I saw wasn’t an attack in the traditional sense. All I could make out was the singer raising his arms, not as a sign of aggression, but more like a plea for him to halt the altercation.

On one occasion, she stated that they both secured themselves in a hotel room when they were in Turks and Caicos. It was there that Ventura reportedly said, “I fear Puff may harm me.

“Mia” alleged that the rap mogul had sexually assaulted her multiple times while working for him.

She informed the court that the initial suspected attack on her occurred during her employer’s 40th birthday celebration at the Plaza Hotel in New York, following her serving him three glasses of vodka.

According to Mia, he moved his arm beside her head against a wall, positioning himself as if to kiss her, while also reaching up the side of her dress with his other hand. She claimed this encounter did not have her consent. “I was taken aback and couldn’t move,” she recalled, explaining that she didn’t fully comprehend what was happening at the time.

The ex-employee additionally provided testimony stating that she was coerced into giving Combs oral sex during an assault, leaving her feeling worthless. In a heartfelt recollection, Mia expressed feelings of desperation, terror, and self-blame.

In my testimony, I recounted the fleeting affair that once transpired between me and the charismatic Michael B. Jordan, as I stood before everyone present.

In the process of their growing relationship, Nash clarified that they were dating, conversing, and learning more about one another.

The famous fashion consultant additionally confirmed that he arranged a meeting between Ventura and the Black Panther actor back in 2015, following the separation of the “Me & U” singer from Combs.

Nash said of his decision, “He fine. She fine. I mean, why not?”

Judge Subramanian swiftly denied the defense’s May 28 request for a mistrial.

Combs’ team contested the evidence presented by arson investigator Lance Jimenez, who testified regarding Kid Cudi’s car being torched in January 2012. This objection arose when the witness stated that the fingerprints collected during the probe had been discarded.

Defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo contended that the evidence regarding the missing fingerprints ought to be discarded since it implied that an individual within the courtroom might have been involved in their destruction.

The judge upheld Anifilo’s protest, however, refused Alexandra Shapiro’s request for a trial to be declared null and void.

Following the revelation that his intermittent partner Ventura was in a relationship with Mescudi (formerly Capricorn Clark’s employer), it was alleged that Combs had threatened to harm both parties due to his anger.

Previously employed aide, who additionally declared that she assisted Ventura in purchasing a prepaid phone for her connection with Mescudi due to concerns for her wellbeing, stated that the occurrence transpired following the hip-hop tycoon’s alleged burglary of Mescudi’s residence.

She informed the jury that he was extremely agitated. He expressed intense frustration, saying something along the lines of, ‘I feel like I could harm all of you, and I want to disfigure her.’

As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share Clark’s account: On December 22, 2011, after discovering that Ventura and Mescudi were in a relationship, Combs is said to have visited the “Pursuit of Happiness” rapper’s residence armed with a firearm.

She informed the jury that there were individuals, among them Combs, standing at her door. It was clear to her that he was enraged; he was moving restlessly, and his actions suggested he held an object. Unfortunately, she couldn’t make out exactly what he had.

She went on saying, “‘It’s time to put on some clothes, we’re heading out to confront Mescudi,’ he stated. I replied, ‘I don’t feel like going.’ He retorted, ‘I couldn’t care less about your preferences.’ He was in an incredibly angry state, filled with rage and anger towards me. I had never witnessed anything similar before. Neither have I ever seen him visit my home, nor have I ever seen a weapon with him.

Clark supposedly contacted Ventura, stating that Combs had taken his girlfriend to Cudi’s house, armed with a gun, intending to kill him.)

Clark stated that following the disappearance of three expensive items of jewelry – namely a bracelet and a diamond watch among them – she was suspected and subsequently underwent a polygraph examination.

She claimed that a man of substantial build warned her that if she didn’t pass the exam, he would push her into the East River.

“She stated that she was worried about the consequences if she didn’t succeed,” she declared. “He suggested that I should relax to allow for better results, saying ‘If you don’t calm down, you might wind up in the East River.'” (This version uses simpler language and restructures the sentence for clarity.)

She said the test took five days to prove her innocence.

As a former employee of Bad Boy, I once claimed that after Combs discovered Ventura was dating Mescudi, he unexpectedly showed up at my apartment early on the 22nd of December, 2011, brandishing a firearm and said to me, “Get dressed, we’re going to take Mescudi’s life.

Clark remarked, “I had never witnessed anything similar before. His behavior made me feel as though something unexpected might take place.

According to Clark’s testimony, Combs instructed her to contact Ventura and inform him that Combs wouldn’t allow Clark to depart unless Ventura arrived. As Ventura concurred, Clark stated, she went to fetch the artist, and they both returned to Combs’ residence.

According to Clark’s testimony, Combs began striking and kicking Ventura. She stated that none of the security personnel around Combs stepped in, nor did she for fear that Combs would turn on her as well, since he had threatened to do so.

Clark stated that she phoned Regina Ventura and said, “He is brutally attacking your daughter. I’m in a difficult situation. Please provide aid to her. I can’t contact the authorities, but you certainly can.

In 2012, she was let go because she didn’t disclose information about Ventura and Kid Cudi to him. This is according to Clark’s testimony. He informed her that “I will ensure you never work again, these people aren’t my friends, and I will make you feel so isolated that you might consider taking your own life.

Clark said she returned to the fold as creative director for Ventura from 2016 until 2018.

On May 27, Clark stated that she suggested Ventura switch phones – one not funded by Combs – to facilitate communication with Kid Cudi during their brief romance in 2011.

In essence, Clark stated that they purchased a temporary phone from Best Buy because they believed the singer might endanger everyone due to his reckless behavior.

In 2012, shortly after his car had a fire, Mescudi recollected a discussion he had with Combs. He claimed that Combs and his group had burglarized his home in December 2011, following the disclosure of his short-lived relationship with Ventura. The rapper behind “Day ‘n’ Night” made this allegation.

Following the arson of Mescudi’s car in January 2012, an incident he attributed to Combs, Mescudi described a later encounter between them in a Los Angeles hotel meeting room. According to him, Combs stood with his hands behind his back, resembling a Marvel supervillain as he gazed out the window.

In his testimony, the 41-year-old stated, “It was only him and myself in the room. We went over the entire story of how Cassie and I began dating and why it ended. His main argument was ‘You were with my girlfriend,’ to which I replied, ‘She had told me you two were separated and I believed her.’

He remained composed and gave me water not once but twice, which made me uncomfortable. It was strange how calm he was. Eventually, Cassie arrived. I felt disappointed when I discovered she had returned to him. Essentially, they had fallen in love, and things simply unfolded.

In her testimony spanning four days this month, Ventura detailed instances of alleged mistreatment by Combs. She mentioned that their relationship ended when Combs warned her, “I’m going to cause harm to both of us.

Following their conversation at the Los Angeles hotel conference room before matters escalated, they stood up and exchanged a handshake.

Mescudi brought up the topic of his car, saying, ‘What’s our plan regarding my vehicle?’ He noted that they were holding hands at the time. To which he replied, ‘I’m not following your conversation,’ and then added, ‘Hold on, are we okay?’ I countered, ‘Well, you torched my car.’

Mescudi shared insight into two incidents, which he blames Combs for, during his testimony.

According to the musician known for “The Pursuit of Happiness,” he received a call from Combs, following reports that Combs, along with his companions, allegedly forced their way into his house in December 2011. This incident reportedly occurred after news surfaced about the musician’s relationship with Ventura, who was romantically linked to Combs from 2007 to 2018.

Mescudi testified that he responded, ‘What’s going on?’ To which the individual replied, ‘I’m in your home, waiting for you.’

While he said he wanted to “fight” Combs, he decided not to since he wasn’t sure who was with him.

In February, Mescudi’s car got set ablaze, allegedly by a Molotov cocktail left in the driver’s seat, while he was approximately 45 minutes from his house.

Previously, Ventura claimed in the lawsuit she later settled with Combs in 2023 that he had threatened to destroy Mescudi’s car following the revelation of their relationship. Her complaint stated, “Around that time, Kid Cudi’s car apparently blew up in his driveway.

On the seventh day of Combs’ trial, wrapping up on May 20th, the rapper addressed everyone present in the courtroom with a message.

In a loud voice, he declared, “I love you all,” as the court session ended for the day, according to People magazine. He then softly muttered, “Yep, I do.

After making his statement, Combs addressed a lady in the audience and seemed to hint at his son, Justin Combs, who is 31 years old, by saying, “Could you please convey my thoughts to Justin?

On May 20th, it was stated by Regina that back in 2011, Combs allegedly threatened to disclose explicit videos featuring his own daughter following the start of her relationship with Mescudi.

Regina confessed in court that she fell ill, both emotionally and physically. The shock of discovering the sex tape left her bewildered. She believes the intention behind it was to harm her daughter. He demanded $20,000 due to her daughter’s relationship with Scott Mescudi.

She claimed that they (she and her husband Rodrick) borrowed money using their home’s equity as collateral to acquire the necessary funds. Furthermore, she stated that this was the sole method by which they could secure the required cash.

As for why Combs demanded the lump sum?

She informed the prosecutor that he was upset because he’d given her money, but she had been seeing someone else.

David James disclosed details about Combs’ luggage during his testimony, revealing approximately 25 to 30 prescription bottles. He mentioned that some of these bottles featured the image of former President Barack Obama among others.

According to court documents obtained by NBC News, the ex-assistant testified that among the assortment of pills, one had the shape of a former president – specifically, President Obama.

James shared that Combs was known to have over $10,000 cash, pain relievers like Advil and Tylenol, Viagra, and pills to boost sperm production, as well as Percocet and ecstasy, in his Louis Vuitton bag, according to his claims.

During his testimony, James mentioned to the jury that among the usual contents of Combs’ travel bag were at least ten thousand dollars in cash, as well as pain relievers like Advil and Tylenol, erectile dysfunction medication such as Viagra, and pills intended to boost sperm production.

Additionally, James claimed that he observed Combs possessing both Percocet and ecstasy in his belongings, and further asserted that he saw Combs personally consume these substances.

The Prosecution provided a brief look at the rapper’s room at New York’s Park Hyatt hotel, which was where he was apprehended on September 16.

The images captured by Homeland Security’s Special Agent Yasin Binda, who presented his findings, showed various items such as baby oil and Astroglide lubricant enclosed in Ziploc bags, five bottles of baby oil in the bathtub, two additional bottles of lubricant stored in a drawer, two packets of a powdery substance, and $9,000 in cash.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’d like to share some important findings: The substances discovered concealed within a prescription container have been identified as both ketamine and a blend of ketamine and MDMA.

A close acquaintance of Ventura declared on May 19th that she had observed Combs physically harming Ventura, both during their trip to Jamaica and later at a residence Combs was leasing in the Hollywood Hills.

Kerry Morgan stated that her 17-year friendship with Ventura ended following an incident at his apartment in 2018, where Combs allegedly assaulted her. According to NBC News, she was listening to music when Combs approached from behind, choked her, left marks on her neck, and struck her on the head with a wooden hanger. Cassie was in the bathroom at the time; the blow landed near Morgan’s right ear.

In the course of the conversation, it was mentioned that she had employed a legal representative (a lawyer), yet declined to initiate a court case and consented to put her signature on a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of receiving a payment of $30,000.

As for my conversation with Sean, it has been since the night of the incident that we last exchanged words, and I haven’t laid eyes on Cassie since the moment I put my signature on the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

In a court appearance, Morgan stated that she had already moved forward with her life but came to testify due to a summons from the government.

She stated that she recommended Ventura to part ways with Combs, but she clarified that due to her employment, vehicle, and living arrangements, she couldn’t do so.

In questioning by defense attorney Marc Agnifilo, Morgan stated that she ceased communicating with Ventura as the musician didn’t offer support following the 2018 event. She further clarified that she has a firm stance against any form of physical violence.

Dawn Richard, who was once part of the group Danity Kane, declared on May 16th that she personally observed Richard Woolworth chasing his ex-girlfriend Ventura while brandishing a skillet filled with eggs back in 2009.

He stormed down the stairs, clearly upset, and began demanding, ‘Where on earth are my eggs? You always mess things up, Cassie!’ He continued his rant about where his food was. According to Richard’s testimony, he then approached the skillet containing the eggs and attempted to strike Cassie over the head, causing her to fall.

Ventura “went into the fetal position,” Richard continued, “literally trying to hide her head.”
