One aspect of this series that has left fans emotionally drained is its willingness to eliminate even its most beloved characters. As we approach the climactic battle, it’s a fitting moment to speculate which “Jujutsu Kaisen” characters will endure and which will make the ultimate sacrifice for their world’s future.

In this moment, Yuji and Sukuna are continuing their fierce fight, with the battle reaching its climax. Throughout the series, Itadori has been grappling with the idea of death, dealing with losses and working hard to overcome the significant challenges that stand in his way. If Itadori manages to defeat the curse king, it doesn’t automatically guarantee his survival. Typically, anime series include “epilogue” chapters that show where the story goes after the finale, but it seems unlikely that there will be much time for that in Jujutsu Kaisen.

As a gamer diving deep into this thrilling narrative, I’ve got to say, the chances of our beloved side characters like Todo and Maki surviving until the very end are looking pretty promising. There’s even a glimmer of hope for Megumi, but only if Yuji manages to vanquish Sukuna and the King of Curses gives up his body. Given how grim and ominous this story has been so far, it wouldn’t surprise me if our heroes met their demise and Sukuna ultimately claims victory.

It’s uncertain how Yuta’s story will unfold due to him being in Gojo’s body after the events of “Jujutsu Kaisen 0”. Even if Sukuna doesn’t finish him off, there’s a strong possibility that Yuta may not survive this ordeal. Given his limited time within Gojo’s vessel, it appears he could be headed towards a confrontation with Death itself.
