Kane Brown has done more than one thing right. 

It turns out that the country artist was bestowed with the Country Champion Award during the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards on September 26th. During his acceptance speech, he made it clear that his greatest accomplishment remains his wife, Katelyn Brown, and their three children – Kingsley (age 4), Kodi (age 2), and Krewe (3 months old).

In fact, he joked that he finally remembered to give them a shoutout.

On stage, Kane expressed his gratitude towards his wife, admitting he often overlook expressing it. He stated, “Thank you so much, my love, and I’m sorry for forgetting to say it more often. You’re incredible, I adore you. You truly keep our home running smoothly.

Without a second thought, Kane eagerly showed affection towards the children who had recently joined him and his spouse of six years.

Since I know my family is at home watching, I wanted to take a moment to express my love for all of you. I’m looking forward to being with you again shortly.

As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share a thought-provoking quote from the talented artist behind “Miles on It”. He humbly mused about his career journey, stating, “Each day, I cast my gaze upon myself and wonder if I truly belong on this stage.

He expressed his desire to acknowledge anyone who is watching, harboring dreams, or willing to contribute, because he recognizes that many individuals require assistance and encourages those who uplift others.

Kane became a first-time father only recently, as he and Katelyn had their son just a few months ago. Yet, being a dad has long held significant importance for the “Miles On It” performer.

As he told TopMob News of his daughters in 2022, “They’re my everything.” 

Kane frequently displays this behavior on social media platforms. Lately, he posted a video of him dancing with his daughters in the household’s kitchen, accompanied by the caption, “WE FINISHED EVERY BITE OF OUR MEAL.

The 30-year-old’s latest accomplishment—which he was given alongside Miranda Lambert’s Country Icon Award—comes one year after Wynonna Judd became first winner of the PCCAs’ Country Champion award. 

At the PCCA ceremony held at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Kane’s speech – a recognition for his dedication, service, and innovative work within the industry – was undoubtedly a memorable moment. However, it wasn’t the only standout event of the night, as Shania Twain graced us with her hosting duties.

2024’s top artists from the country are still receiving recognition, with Beyoncé earning honors for her genre-blending album “Cowboy Carter”, and Zach Bryan taking the lead with 17 nominations. Kacey Musgraves and Morgan Wallen aren’t far behind, each receiving ten and nine nominations respectively.
